"I chose this hotel not only for the good reviews but number one reason is that it offered a heated pool, I was very disappointed due to the 2 day stay not once was I able to enjoy the pool, the pool was so cold every adult around the pool complained on how cold the water was in the pool, no one was enjoying the pool, the room was a disappointment also, as soon as we opened the door there was a big stain like it would have been from some one who throw up and it wasn’t cleaned very well, the rest of the carpet was very stained and dirty, the rug needed to be replaced, I paid a lot for the 2 day stay, I should have stayed at the Travelodge down the street for a lot less money and just as terrible as this place, people beware, don’t be fooled like I was, never again will I and my friends stay here!!!😡"

"The weekend staff was rude and had poor customer service... I went up to notify the front desk multiple times that we could not shower due to the water in the shower being scolding hot burning us and there was no cold water in the room.and was only able to shower once during our whole stay which was right before checking out "

"Beautiful resort, well kept grounds, friendly staff, room was spacious and well appointed, many activities to participate in - tie dye, escape room, table tennis, bingo. Near the arrival flight path of PSP but planes were so quiet it did not disrupt our stay at all. Taco Tuesdays food was excellent. Many good restaurants close by. Pool is a little small for the number of people using it. Would definitely return and would recommend for a group with varied ages."
