"It was a pleasant hotel. Definitely caters to an older clientèle but that also meant a private swim in the pool. "

"We had to ask for towels on the third day. Beds were not made up daily, but that doesn’t bother us too much. Room was clean, had plenty of lamps, easy chair with foot stool, good TV and desk. No carpet smell. Came with fridge and microwave. Breakfast area was better than most such establishments. "

"They upgraded our room and gave us a $10 gift certificate to a restaurant in the area. The staff were very helpful, worked hard to make your stay enjoyable, and they were very kind. "

"The room is great, but the stairways in from the back parking lot are in terrible shape and the parking lot is very poorly lit, so much so that one feels unsafe walking across from a parked vehicle."

"The kitchenette we were in just had an older very noisy fridge that I had to unplug to get a decent sleep. Overall a nice place & great location to walk to all the sights, canal, dining, etc. "

"We stay at Les Suites every year for the Ottawa International Animation Festival and we love it there! The kitchen in the room is a great, plus and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby (poutine and shawarma open late). Definitely recommend! "
