"We were in an end room with a Balcony view. We got there early before check-in and was allowed to park till check-in to avoid parking fees to go explore. It was clean, close walk to everything and definitely will be back! No Complaints! Great Experiance! "

"The hotel is older and, as other reviews mention, you can hear the street noise but the river views are well worth it! Room was clean and the staff was nice and friendly, with the exception of the clerk at check-in (he wasn't rude but was far from friendly). It's also conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay again."

"Since our stay there was only 1 night, we had very minimal time to really respond to some of the rating questions bc we got in later in PM and left by 10 in AM. But the rustic cabin room decor was very nice. And the beauty & grandeur of God’s creation behind our unit and right there with the stream coming down (& somewhat noisily) was very nice. Thus I’ll rate this as excellent overall. "

"Everything about this property was great. Room was clean and just like it was described. Close and walkable to everything you could dream of. Swimming pool/hot tub was across the street was the only negative I would have to say."

"Excellent view of the river and scenery across the street. Being disabled they had my room easily accessible. Wasn't too happy with the TV channel choices. Some of the channels listed on the menu were not available, so just for that, and the access to the main drag being quite the walk, I'd be picking somewhere else next time. No fault of you all, just my limitations are the reason also. "
