Great stay!
We loved staying here. The property was amazing, our kids loved being able to ride around on their easy rollers. All the people we met were very friendly. It was a wonderful place to stay when having fur babies as well. Plenty to do without having to leave the resort. The camper/rv had everything we needed for our stay, plus things we didn’t realize we would need or didn’t think to bring. Will definitely be staying here again

Great stay for family on a budget
It was a great stay for a family on a budget. Camper was clean and comfortable. Location was nice. It was a little bit more of a drive to Gatlinburg than anticipated, but overall not bad. Would recommend.

Great weekend
We had our 3 grandkids from GEORGIA with us and we all had a great time being together. They played in the pool, Creek, playground and putt putt. Will be back next year.

Clean Place and Owner is Easy to Reach
The place is clean but does need some attention on maintenance type items. The owner is easy to reach and polite! We left a day early and he refunded us for it which is appreciated.

Very nice and fun place to stay.
Very nice, completely setup and stress free lodging. Loved the outdoor kitchen, we brought our own paper plates and plastic utensils and we didn't need to. Im a little big, so getting dressed in the bedroom was a challenge...funny..but we got it done. All in all we would definitely try it again

Great RV and location!
The RV was acurately described and had everything we needed for our vacation. The location of the resort is a perfect distance from all attractions. Bob was very easy to get a hold of especially when we locked ourselves out of the RV. I really appreciated the information packet that he emailed prior to our trip with a list of local attractions, restaurants and stores. As first time guests to TN if was very helpful in planning our vacation. We look forward to visiting again soon.
