NEWLY RENOVATED. NEW TUB/SHOWER UNIT, FLATSCREEN TV IN LIVINGROOM AND UPDATES MADE THIS MONTH.

Experience the Great Smoky Mnts from beautiful historic downtown Gatlinburg. The panoramic view of the Great Smoky Mnts is for all seasons; majestic mountains, rolling streams, and Gatlinburg’s famous city lights will make your visit unforgettable.

Our unit 208 at Oak Square Condominiums has one large bedroom with King-size bed, and sliding door leading out to a private covered balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful cabinets, two-burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, and coffeemaker. The living room has a wood burning fireplace with a sleeper sofa and ottoman to relax on while enjoying the fire. This condo also has 2 flatscreen TV’s with cable. The condominium has 2 elevators and luggage carts for guest use.

We are located in Downtown Gatlinburg across the street from the Aerial Tramway that goes to Ober Gatlinburg and minutes from the Great Smoky Mnts National Park. Within walking distance of great restaurants for example The Peddler Steakhouse, Calhouns, Cherokee Grill and Best Italian just to name a few Also endless shopping, the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, and so much more to enjoy. NoThe Popular Gatlinburg Trolley stops right at our door if you do not want to walk, it will take you to numerous places in Gatlinburg, the National Park, and Pigeon Forge.

Great Spot Close to Everything

We stayed for a couple nights while visiting Smoky Mountain National Park. The condo was super close to shops and restaurants, so we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed on our vacation.

A nice small but very comfortable condo. It was nice and clean and was decorated nicely. Very convenient location if wanting to walk the Gatlinburg strip and go drive into the mountains.

Perfect Location

This condo is in a perfect location in Gatlinburg -- just one block off the main drag. The king bed is super comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are on the small side, but immaculately clean. All in all, a great place for a couple.

Absolutely wonderful!!

The property was just as described in the listing!! Beautiful, cozy and very clean condo!! We enjoyed watching the Tram take off and return from the balcony!! Close to everything!! Owner was super responsive, very helpful and a very nice person to deal with!! Would most definitely recommend!!

Nice place to stay

Overall it was nice. A little more effort cleaning would be nice. Light and light fixtures were very dirty. Beds are extremely high. But for the price it was good. Location is perfect.

SOLID RENTAL

The only downside is being given a list of chores after paying a large cleaning fee. Hate that. I have two VRBO rentals that are lakefront. I charge a large cleaning fee too however I do NOT have a chore list for my guests.

Great stay

Pleased with our stay in 208. We stay at this condo every time we visit Gatlinburg. We've stayed in this unit a few times and it is always clean and comfortable. Love the extras like makeup remover towels, kitchen towels, plenty of trash bags, TP and paper towels. Tastefully decorated and not overly decorated where you have to search for places to put your stuff. Manager responded to questions very quickly!

Cozy in good location

The condo was cozy, but had enough room for the three of us (parents and teenage son). The condo had everything we needed and the location is fantastic. It’s very close to the National Park entrance and within walking distance to the attractions and restaurants in downtown Gatlinburg. Check-in was a breeze and the condo building has elevators and luggage carts for convenience. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice

This was a very clean and tastefully decorated little condo. We were at Dollywood so most of our time was spent outside of the condo. It was a great place to come back to for resting before going out again. We were two adults and one child and it was just the amount of space we needed. This is an older building but the condo is clean and well appointed.

Prime location in Gatlinburg Tennessee

The location was awesome. The condo appeared to be recently renovated. The condo had great decor. The bed mattress was the perfect amount of firmness with no lumps. It's always great when a rental has a great mattress! I really appreciate it how they supplied hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. We've been to other VRBOs that do not supply all of these.
