Bears and Freedom * Studio Condo for 2 wifi pool

Relax in this comfortable space for 2. This condo is inspired by the neighborly bears and the freedom to chill out at the top of the mountain with bear friends roaming around. Dedicated Spectrum wifi to browse (or WFH). The studio has a furnished kitchenette for making home cooked meals.

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a studio condo designed for 2 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies . This unit is on the 1st of 3 floors. This space features a queen bed built-in by the window.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

We host several units at this complex available for families and groups. Please take a look at all our listings here and in the area. Discounts available for multiple bookings, just send us a note.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

Pros:- Location, right next to Gatlinburg- Pool and hottub access- Coin laundry on siteCons:- Old, lots of sloping floors, even the shower slopes, would not recommend for mobility impaired.- Tiny, don't expect to really cook here, the sheet pan provided by the host didn't even fit in the oven.- Bed slopes towards the windows, lots of light from neighbors come through the curtains and make it hard to sleep.- Ongoing construction, and you can hear every step the neighbors above you make, pray they don't have kids.

Studio on a hill

This is a studio condo in a development. It was clean, mostly comfortable, and provided the essentials. It is near the top of a hill outside Gatlinburg so it takes about 30 minutes to get to hiking trails. A significant negative for us was the bed set in an alcove so that one person needed to climb over the other; this was in the provided information if looked at carefully so we should not have been surprised.

Nice Getaway

We had a great time, and it was super cute. We only had a couple complaints, but overall it was a great stay. The water heater was pretty small so showers over like 10 minutes ended in cold water. If you’re staying for a longer time, make sure to bring extra things like garbage bags, paper towels, etc. as you only get what is in the room. You also only get 4 towels and have to pay for laundry so be prepared and bring cash. Overall it’s a good experience, the space was clean and had all the essentials. There was one night we had pretty loud upstairs neighbors and the walls are pretty thin, but the rest of the time was quiet. Pleasantly surprised by the kitchen, it had pretty much any appliance and utensil you would need during your stay. Very cute little condo!

Clean and cozy with nature right out the back door

Very cute and updated condo. Every morning we got to see some bears right off the balcony! It was small but great for a couple.
