This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat is just steps from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and only a 5-minute walk to the Sugarland Trail—perfect for hiking enthusiasts eager to explore the outdoors. You'll also be within easy walking distance of Gatlinburg's top attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The bedroom offers a cozy king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The condo features all-new appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and a brand-new electric fireplace for year-round comfort. Guests at Oak Square Condos can enjoy a variety of amenities, including two pools (one indoor, one seasonal outdoor), on-site laundry facilities, ice machines, and covered parking. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included for your convenience.

Please note: The property is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

Great location great price

The location was great. On the quilter side of Gatlinburg but so easy to walk to everything and hit the road to hike the Smokies. It was perfectly priced as we just needed the bare necessities to make breakfast and sleep. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Short trip for our wedding anniversary and wanted to stay in town to enjoy ourselves with zero driving. Location was perfect! The unit was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Great places to stay only recommendation is to put the name of the complex in the address we weren't sure if we were at the correct location first but obviously figured it out. Other than that everything was great!

Clean and Convenient

The building is older but the condo was updated and very clean. The location was great to get in and out of with your car. It is an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg and convenient to the National Park.

Long weekend

My husband and I have been to the area several times but had never stayed in town. This was the perfect location for us. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle with easy access to hiking trails and a quick walk to many restaurants and shops. Great condo, just as the pictures show and has everything you need. We will be back!!

Nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay, location is great. The bed slept good. New appliances and remolded bathroom was nice. The only thing I found was the soap box in the shower still had remains of soap and red mildew in the shower area. Floors seemed clean as my socks stayed clean. Overall a good stay.

Great location

The condo was very nice, quiet and clean. We were able to walk to downtown and Ober Mnt to enjoy shopping, eating, live music and the Alpine coaster. I would definitely stay again. Only complaint is the master bed was not comfortable. It was not firm enough for us. Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation

Beary Convenient

Beary Convenient is just that, super easy to navigate downtown Gatlinburg on foot without having to walk back up the hill. Flat streets, on the trolley line, walkable to Anakeesta and Ripley's Aquarium ( maybe 1/2 mile) or take the trolley and leave your car in the free hotel lot. This unit is newly, tastefully remodeled. Clean, perfect for one or a couple. Comfy king bed with indoor and outdoor pools, elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Minni-moon for my and my hubby

We got married and just wanted to get away for the weekend because we are planning a larger honey moon later this year. It was a an amazing olace to stay right off the strip for a great price! You can walt to everything and the room was so cozy. We didnt make it in the indoor pool but i stuck my foot in and it was bath water warm! Great experience for a greta price.

Always love going to Gatlinburg. The condo was nice and comfortable. The cooktop is a little inconvenient. Brought our own omelette pan but it did not work with induction cooktop. Frying pan not good eggs since it is concave and everything goes to the side.

Weekend Getaway in Gatlinburg

My wife and I just wanted to take a road trip and get away for a long weekend. I searched dozens of property listings and thought this one would be perfect for our needs. We were right about that. It's a nice, clean, updated unit with a nice shower, clean kitchen, and nice sitting area. The bathroom appears to have been redone, and the shower was well done. The location was perfect. I parked my truck on Friday when we got there, and didn't have to move it again until we were checking out on Sunday. We walked from the condo to the main strip, down to where the aquarium is and then back up the other side of the street. On Saturday, when the weather was a little chilly, we walked across the street from the condo and got the trolly to take us to the aquarium, and back again later after dinner. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to spend an easy weekend in town.
