This was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed at through VRBO. We were so happy with it as soon as we walked in. The location was fantastic and having the balcony right by the creek was relaxing. This is certainly a place we would stay at again. It exceeded my expectations.

Amazing stay

We stayed here over Christmas week and this place is great! The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. The views from the balconies give a great view of Gatlinburg as well. With the shopping strip just feet from the condo, we walked everywhere with ease. I would highly recommend staying here, and this will be our go to again when we return.

Condo was beautifully furnished and very clean. We loved the view from the back patios and it was great location for access to the downtown entertainment. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom area was certainly a nice touch. We highly recommend this condo!!!

The location is perfect! The condo is beautiful, perfection! The host, you couldn’t ask for a better host. The two balconies were comfortable with pretty views. You can see part of the creek and hear the water.If they repair the separate elevator that takes you to the base of the steep hill, handicapped guest should have no issue, otherwise, the hill going down and back up is very steep, 175 steps (not stairs) up and about the length of a football field. Will definitely be our first choice if the base elevator is in working order.

We were two couples for the Monster on the Mountain. The rooms were both spacious, clean well appointed. The location was truely walking distance to everything downwn, especially the convention center. We cant wait to comback.

Quiet condo in perfect location

We loved staying at Butlers condo. The condo building was very quiet up and away from the Main Street. Condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We really liked that it was on the quieter end of Gatlinburg and that we walked to breakfast/dinner every day before/after our Smokey Mountain adventures. Owners were very responsive and had great restaurant recommendations for places within a block from the condo. Great trip!

We absolutely loved the condo. We stayed there before. This was a beautiful condo. Decorated perfectly and clean. I had a few questions for the owners and they responded wthin an hour. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into this condo. No stoned unturned. We like to go to Gatlinburg once a year. We plan to make this our place to go to every year.

Christmas in Gatlinburg

I was so excited to be staying in Gatlinburg for Christmas. This condo was exquisitely decorated for Christmas! It was breathtaking! The views was amazing everything was so beautiful and comfortable! It was a perfect Christmas!! It was just a few steps away from some of the best restaurants on the strip. Very conveniently located and easy access to the main strip. The beds are wonderful I can expect to wake up with a stiff back but not one morning did that happen. I will definitely be staying here again!
