The condo was exactly as described, the bunk bed room was great for our kids. Location was close to downtown and parking at the condo was easy and convenient. The host was quick to respond when I had questions and helped make our stay great.

Our family drove from Florida to enjoy a few summer days in the mountains. The host was amazing. Super quick to respond to any questions, and even provided us with fun things for our family to do. We loved the view, and it’s just minutes from downtown. The best part was seeing bears - every night of our stay at the condo!

We loved the location of this condo. Breakfast on the balcony in view of the mountains was amazing! Our host stayed in continuous communication with us throughout the time. Neighbors were kind, and we saw a bear on our way out!! I would love to return again soon.

We had a great time in the Gatlinburg area and this location was a quick walk into town. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and condo was perfect for our group. Justin was great to work with and checked in with us after our first night to ensure all was well. We would stay here again if we travel back to this area.

Clean and cute! Fabulous view. Property exterior is bit dirty but not something owner can control. Interior Needs a bit of attention to be A+ property, fix leaking dishwasher, needs fully functioning hairdryer, touch up paint for white woodwork, 1 blind control broken, matted burned fam room rug, etc.

The location was perfect! The view to wake up to and go to bed with was nothing short of spectacular! Not only was the location perfect the condo was perfect! It had everything we needed plus more! We had an amazing time staying in this charming condo. The condo was located in a perfect area of Gatlinburg. We could easily walk to everything in Gatlinburg, if we wanted to, or drive just a few seconds to get there. The condo was decorative, cozy, and had a great view overlooking Gatlinburg. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and more to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We loved our short vacay here and will absolutely stay here again in the future!

We had a great time! Nice location and place. The only downfall was the people up stairs and you could hear them all hours of night. Other than that, it was good. Mostly everything was updated except for master bath counter. Washer and dryer was combo unit.

Overall it was a restful stay. A few inconveniences (washer/dryer combo did not dry four items of clothing and took hours to run, dishwasher backs up into the sink, fooseball table is broken). Otherwise it was clean and functional for our family of five. Some better instructions on where the dumpster is located would have been helpful.

It’s cute. Everything’s pretty clean the owners bedroom AND owners bath need major upgrades. We didn’t even use the owners bath because of the needed upgrades but the guest bathroom was upgraded and nice enough! Loved the little 90s kitchen and a really nice view to have coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Very quiet!
