The cabin was wonderful and everything we expected from the online ads. The only difficulty we had was figuring out how to operate several of the televisions a binder with passwords and instructions would have been helpful. Also, there’s a large hot tub and one of the bedrooms, but the hot water heater can only fill it to about 4 to 6 inches deep. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I plan to use this service again.
I have to agree with the description that this unit is the best one, with a private balcony, and beautiful surroundings! It looked even better in person. I had read that the beds were a little high/tall, but the wood bed frame could be used as a step if needed, so that was not a problem. Very cozy, plenty of space for our group of 4, and it was nicely decorated. The check in was simple, all instructions were emailed in advance, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We were able to see a total of 6 bears in the area, so that was a highlight of our trip! Highly recommend this condo, parking was a breeze, just be careful on the mountain roads!
This condo was exactly what we were looking for, very comfortable and had everything we needed! I will definitely book again in the future. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great, kitchen was stocked.
It was a great location out of all the other condos ours was the best location.
It was nice to come back to a quiet place for the evening after running around all day. The condo is a great location & fit our family well. The condo is very nicely done inside. We even had a family of bears visit us.
Great location close to the National Park and Gatlinburg. 20 min from pigeon forge. Outside of building is older but the inside of the apartment is pristine. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids.
My dad and I went on a weekend trip here to get away and clear our heads from our stressful lives. This place was great for that! The good size porch was wonderful. You can see and hear the creek that is right next to it and sit out there all day. The location was awesome we were right above Gatlinburg and the park both. We were able to hike and shop and not have to drive far at all! The bed was super comfy! Great stay!
This is an old condo complex but the unit has been updated and was nice. We had NO internet service the entire time we were there. When I called I was told it was out county wide, however when i spoke with other people staying in the building, they all had service, only our unit was out. The unit itself is old but nice, well stocked and clean. The creek view and sound from the balcony was wonderful!
We enjoyed the sound of the river. It's an older building but has been maintained decent. I recommend more towels and better quality. You only get one towel per person and they are not soft towels. The beds were comfortable but if you need a firm bed then these want work. Over all we had a nice stay and enjoyed ourselves

Reviewer Comments:
Lovely condo away from the crowds, but close enough to all attractions. Condo was above my expectations: very clean, nicely decorated, updated kitchen, and comfy beds. I have stayed in different units in the complex in the past. It’s always quiet and peaceful. I almost hate recommending it because I don’t want others to discover it!

Terrific condo
The condo was superb, except for one flaw (only because we are senior citizens) for having both beds sitting on tall legs. They were very hard to get into and out of them. If you have elders like us, it is now going to be easy. Beside that, the condo was a great choice. It is located on the top floor and all the way down the hall, so be prepared for long walks carrying your luggage.

needs some cleaning
Deck and furniture had not been cleaned in a long time. Kitchen floor and mat was sticky. Visited by foot-long rat. Left unit immediately.
This condo was exactly what I was looking for. Even though it's in a building with other units, it feels private. I never heard neighbors except for some brief vacuuming. The sound from the creek is wonderful and relaxing. The furniture was comfy though the beds were pretty tall! Wasn't a problem for us. Did try to have a sit in the jetted tub but there wasn't enough hot water. Wasn't too put out since the water for the showers was great, good pressure and gets very hot. I was very happy with my choice and I'd stay here again :D

Decent
It was a decent stay. Arrived and the code for the door didn’t work. Had to call and get the code reset. The rooms where good. . Thought there was a hot tub but was only a jacuzzi tub. The room with the jacuzzi tub was alright. Bed was a bit high but comfortable .The overall experience was decent. Didn’t spend too much time in the room because we went to the strip and such. I give it a 3 out of 5.
The sheets were too small for both beds and kept coming off. The bed if the master room was so close to wall that my wife had to climb on from the bottom of the bed. It took us 2 days to figure out to use the showers. The sliding doors kept sticking and was very difficult to open and the view was very disappointing. Nothing but trees. Even worse, there were only 4 towels provided for 4 adults for a 3 night stay. Nothing was ever said about us needing to bring towels. Everywhere else we have stayed, towels have always been provided. There was only 1 stopper for the two tubs. We had to coordinate baths so that the stopper could be shared.
What a perfect place for a grownup girlfriends getaway! The condo is a tucked away corner unit that feels like a private cabin instead of a condo. Open curtains reveal lovely woodsy views...open sliding doors let in the relaxing sound of babbling brook below. Incredibly comfy bedding, beautiful well equipped kitchen, and superb cleanliness. We spent much time just relaxing in front of the fire... with wine and our custom made charcuterie; enjoyed a movie each evening as well as the BUCKEYE game on Saturday. Yet we were still close enough to enjoy both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge during the day. TIP: follow the directions you are sent... unless you want an 'ohmygod' experience trying to follow your gps up and over the mountain (yes...speaking from experience!!! our first experience with Gatlinburg mountain roads was quite the adventure!!!!). Overall.... this condo is a perfect balance of mountain privacy and unlimited Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge enjoyment.
Great little condo. Clean. The door was a little tricky at first but once you figure out the delay it worked fine.
Pros- yes it's upstairs but then no one's above you. It's at the very end, corner condo so you only have someone on one side. We either had very quiet neighbors or the building is built well because we didn't hear any noise and they were definitely booked up. Quiet area, not a lot of traffic, no loud cars. No more than 2 miles off the parkway. Surrounding woods are beautiful. Nice creek.
If I have to find a fault it would be to make these 2 suggestions:
1. Put some felt tips on the bottom of the kitchen chair legs so when you pull the chair out it doesn't make this horrible loud noise that I'm sure the people below us didn't appreciate. We tried to avoid doing that once we heard it.
2. Nice big jacuzzi tub, it would be nice if the hot water heater held enough hot water to fill it to an adequate level. Ran out of hot water about the time it reached 1 inch above jets, and that isn't deep so couldn't turn on the jets because I knew that would cause the tub water to cool to quick.
Other than that no issues, would stay again.
It’s a cute little place with 2 beds and baths. Beds are really soft and very high off the ground. Great bathtub in one room. Very quiet heat and air. Nothing else on the property but the building and don’t leave any food in your car or bears will get it. Place has everything you need but you o my get 2 rolls of TP. Our unit had a fantastic dining table. Place is dated but good shower and hot water. The light shined in my bedroom window all night. We weee in 179 at the end.
