The kitchen was fully equipped, and the place was clean. However, the steam room and sauna were not working. The carpet needs a deep cleaning, and the power went out one morning.

Family trip and we loved our suite in every possible way. The place looked amazing, easy to check in, great view from the balcony. They have everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, fireplace, etc) I really recommend this place. Will definitely visit again.

The road leading up was a bit scary for someone who isn't used to the mountains. The resort overall was older but still nice. Our room specifically had a weird smell coming from the garbage disposal, and they really need to update the living room furniture as it is very worn. The bedrooms were nice and well maintained. The balcony and the common areas were stunning and made the minor issues well worth the stay.

The location of the cabin was great. The only concern is the cabin suggested hot tuns are within cabin but it was in a central common location

The rental property management was very good with the communication. The view was absolutely incredible. I felt like the condo needed some TLC, but I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back. It’s located in a very great location to get to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo was great! Everything was spotless! There were a couple broken things, which i noted to the management company, but it in no way deterred from our visit or would keep us from booking again! We visited at the best time because Gatlinburg was absolutely empty. I'm so completely happy with our stay!
