Great location close to main St of town and GSMNP. Room was clean, adequate breakfast and all the staff were great. This was my second time staying here. The room is not fancy but comfortable and i do not spend a lot of time in the room so it fits my needs.

Good location as commute is easy to the downtown places, A woman at reception needs to be polite towards customers. Don't fall for the river view, not a great view to steer your choice
