Inside, you'll find a cozy fireplace and comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Kick back and catch up on your favorite tv programs or enjoy a movie from our library from the comfort of the reclining leather chair.

You'll also find an in room jacuzzi where you can watch tv, get cozy with the fireplace or listen to the waterfall outside your room.

Great hideaway

Peaceful oasis for our anniversary trip. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit. Had everything we needed. My husband loved the jacuzzi tub.

Amazing

Such a beautiful stay. Very clean and the Host was very helpful. Great Honeymoon spot for my Son and his new Bride. They had a wonderful time. Most definitely would recommend this property to everyone I know. Will mark this property down for future stays.

Perfect and affordable!

The condo was so cute and homey feeling. It was very clean and the private balcony was really nice - we could hear the stream really well. It's about an 8 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg which was perfect! Also, the free tickets were a great bonus. Absolutely worth the price and location, we loved it!

Nice place to stay.

The place was nice and clean. I would stay again. I liked the balcony overlooking a stream. We saw a bear in the parking lot which was interesting. I wish the bed was bigger.

Relaxing

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect and exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. The sounds of the stream from the back porch were so relaxing. Close to downtown, but far enough away from the craziness. The only thing missing was a bear siting!

Beautiful property

The property was very nice. We had a couple questions throughout our stay and we got responses very quickly. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend. We will definitely book with them for our next trip to the smokies

Perfect!

This is perfect for the price for a little couples getaway or if you have kids they can sleep in the living room. A bit dated but has a cozy cabin feel to it and very clean! The heater kept us warm and there was enough hot water. The jacuzzi in the living room is a nice touch and the fireplace was wonderful. We were surprised by the sounds of the beautiful creek that runs alongside this property. The parking is great and not on an hill. The owner responded to help me after we checked in. Thanks so much!

Perfect Location

This property was great! The location was in close proximity to Gatlinburg and allowed us to get from point A to B very quickly. This was the first time visiting that we didn't spend the majority of our time sitting in traffic. I would highly recommend this property! To make an awesome vacation even better, on our last day, we saw a bear on the property. It was a bit closer than i would have liked (he met me at the laundry room, on the lower level of the property). It was truly an awesome experience. We'll definitely be back!

Good for the price but…

This was an older, somewhat run-down unit. The towels and bedding were fine and the shower was good- just dirty looking floors, and all of the outlets barely held chargers without them falling out. The light on the bedroom dresser was not operable. Pool wasn’t open. Overall it was “fine”, but a little run down.

Peaceful stay but close to everything

My 11-year-old and I stayed here for spring break and had a great time. The condo is right above Gatlinburg in the mountains. It was close enough to town for easy access but far enough to feel away from the crowds. It’s just like the listing says: quiet, clean, and peaceful.The kitchen had everything we needed for a four-day stay, and everything was in good shape. For the price, it was exactly what we were expecting. Decently well-kept and comfortable. One note - if you plan on using the sleeper sofa, bring extra blankets. There were extra pillows but no sheets or blankets for that bed.The balcony overlooking the stream was a highlight. The Little Mountain Village grocery store up the hill was super convenient, and the bonus attraction tickets were great. We used them every day.Overall, we had a really good stay and would consider booking again.

Just ok

The property had dated appliances/decor, but was overall clean. A few of the outlets and lamps didn’t work. The bathroom smelled musty and the property overall didn’t have much lighting. The location was nice. The entire property was being painted so we have green paint on the soles of all out of shoes and had to walk around the painters mess when we came and went. Nothing major, but we would likely not stay again. It’s just dated compared to other options in the area.

While the location was great, plenty of clean towels and sheets. The unit could use updating. Appliances are old and dated. Trim missing around the dishwasher and the soap door doesnt open when in use. The tile flooring is very porous (not user friendly for str) and holds dirt, especially the bath floor. Also the bath door doesn't lock. And lastly the bed was terrible. We couldnt take another night in the bed. We did have a great time and the perks are awsome.

Condo not ready/not cleaned

Arrived 3 hours after check in time, condo not cleaned, manager said had a last minute occupant the prior night. Asked us to return 2 hours later. After a 10 hour drive to get there this was disappointing. Older property, could exterior maint. inside okay. View from balcony was nice/stream was running. Manager contacted about a TV issue, unhelpful. Jacuzzi Pump switch could not be found, was not excited about calling Manager again.
