Host responded to our issue with refrigerator not working. The toilet paper was super thin. Good location and we enjoyed meeting the host. Make sure you secure your vehicle as a bear that seems to be a regular tore our back window down and out. It says it is a little room, and it is true.

Sweet Little Spot

Place is just as described. Has everything you need, even a hot coffee and a quick bite to start your day. As described, it is small. But it is very well appointed. 10/10 would stay again.

Booze walk

We came to drink and ride mountain coasters. We do that and so much more. Had dinner at ole reds drank at sugarlands distillery went to pidgin forge. Drove through that mountains and at the end of every day a day we had a safe place to come back to. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and took great care of us.

we had great stay we really enjoyed it. would do it again was room spotless not spotless but clean. the staff never saw them but we didnt need them either. there was one thing thou the toilet was loose it moved when we sat down.a foul scent was noticealbe at times, but otherwise everything was great also the bed was very comfortable didnt want to get out at times. this room is perfect for two people, and we stayed 8 days. thank you

Volleyball tournament stay

This is my second visit to Fox Place; i have stayed in the apartment and the Little room. The little room is a fantastic price and size for the money. PROS- shower and water pressure, proximity to Gatlinburg and walking distance to attractions, TV, kitchenette and bedding The inly things that might need updating are the toilet needs mounting to the floor and the mattress and mattress pad cover probably need updating. But otherwise i would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic and clean

Everyone is always a little concerned about a new place they have never stayed, but this place exceeded expectations. We were given very clear instructions and traffic advice by our host to avoid the stress of traveling through the tourist mess. We were greeted by a very clean room with a fantastic clean smell and all of the accomodations you could need. It is small but we knew that going in and had PLENTY enough space to acomodate for my partner and I. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

We loved our stay as we are located right in the middle of Gatlinburg , were literally walking distance from everything ! Our host was very nice and very fast at responding however we would suggest rooms need a little TLC found mold on bed skirt as we were checking out and found empt package left from previous guest ? Made us wonder how much they really clean Rooms

Overall good' but security concerns.

The over all stay was nice' took a while for the water to get hot. The sink is VERY small. It is just big enough to was your hands.. The previous guest had not checked out at the time we arrived, and some miscommunication was delt with rather quickly and satisfactorily. Once we got into our room, the only issue i had was a security issue that i will not detail here out of respect and concern for future guests. I hope the Host will contact me directly to address these concerns..

Small problems but great service

We arrived later due to flights being delayed due to weather. When we arrived we in packed and went to take a shower and the water lines was frozen so no hot water at all and no water going to toilet contacted owners he offered the next room over shower and toilet for the night and to see if water would start working following day due to warmer weather. But it never did and we contacted him and told him we are gonna find another place he immediately no questions asked refunded us the money for the stay and apologized and made it right none of the problems was his fault or could have prevented. But other than that room was nice for what we needed and great locating with good parking if them problems was resolved we would stay again 100%

We stayed in Fox place Little room 1. It was a very charming little place to stay. It was close to the attractions. Our favorite part is, that on our first night of the four nights we stayed, we were lucky enough to see a bear walk past our bedroom window. That was very exciting for us since we were hoping to see bears. We saw 3 bears all together. We seen one in downtown Gatlinburg, and one while we were walking on the trails. We had a great time. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

It’s was a cozy room. My wife and I had an amazing time. Everything was so close to the fox place we could walk to the strip.
