Lots of wildlife we often see a family of deer and on occasion, we will see a black bear and her cubs.

In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools, a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.

The views were spectacular from the porch although the direction it faced when we were there stopped us from seeing a sunrise or sunset. The unit was easily accessible for older people - no stairs. The living area (kitchen/dining/living room) was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. We were stayed only two nights so didn't use the kitchen facilities much.

My girlfriend and I decided to extend our vacation when we left Myrtle Beach and we chose to stay 2 nights in Gatlinburg. I’ve been coming down here for about 10 years and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed for the price. Loved the location and view. Would definitely book again.

Great location!

It was a perfect place for us. We had a college drop off in Knoxville and then extended our weekend with a Gatlinburg stay. It was fairly easily accessible, just far enough away from the hustle of downtown Gatlinburg and provided incredible views. The place is a little aged, but served our needs perfectly.

The view is amazing. This room is ground level but is high enough to have the wonderful mountain view on the balcony. The room was nice, exactly as pictured. Would definitely come back again!

Stunning view

No doubt the view was incredible and we enjoyed our stay. The owner was great and there for us with any questions we had. Seeing a momma bear and two cubs was a bonus. One note to mention is this condo is perfect if you plan on staying at the condo and chilling. Its fairly far from conveniences such as restaurants, entertainment, hiking etc and the road up to condo is extremely curvy and narrow.

It was nice to stay in a condo instead of a hotel. Golf course was open and not crowded. Tenants upstairs were loud a couple of nights. The owner of our property helped to get things quieted down. much appreciated.

Spectacular View!

This property is everything we expected and more. The view was spectacular. The unit was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. There was everything you needed for your stay. Check in was a breeze, parking easy. The only issue is driving up at night. The road is curvey, but if you go slow there is no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Smokies & Tree Frogs

My wife and I loved the views of the smokies from the balcony and sleeping with the window open to the spund of the tree frogs!! Condo is very convenient to Gatlinburg and GSMNP! We hiked over 40 miles and rode bikes on Wednesday in Cades Cove, such a great location for a wonderful vacation! Thank you Jesus!
