There is a community Washer and Dryer available for your use in the building and the condo also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

Quick Trip

We made these plans at the last minute for 4th of July weekend and were thrilled to get a place right downtown for such a fare price! The condo was spotless clean and well equipped for all of our needs.

Amazing stay

The only issue we had was there wasn’t a room code on the Vrbo information, however the host was quick to answer and very helpful on needing to switch the days of our stay. Room was very clean & had all the necessities our family needed.

Wonderful place in the middle of Gatlinburg! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. Room was cozy, clean, and comfortable!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying again for future trips!

Staying at the Oak Square Condominiums is an absolute perfect location. I’ve stayed there multiple times but always in a different unit. It’s not even a 5 minute walk and you’re right in down town. Far enough where you don’t hear a lot of noise or traffic but still close to everything! For a weekend away, it’s perfect. The only down side we experienced was while we were on a trip, I still had to work. I asked about the wifi on Friday because I had a video call meeting Saturday morning, I couldn’t connect my phone or computer to the wifi at all. I had to go to the Starbucks down the road to do all my stuff. I’m not sure if it was my devices or the wifi in general. Also, the tv in the living room never would turn on. It would never connect to the wifi I guess. It just was loading the entire time. Overall, it was a good stay!
