You'll enjoy this studio condo that is located in the most beautiful setting. It's very peaceful on top of the mountain. The condo has a kitchen, electric fireplace, balcony and queen size bed tucked in the Window. The condo also has a sleeper sofa for the little ones. Your drive up the mountain has the most wonderful mountain views and the entire complex gives you that true mountain feel, yet only 3 miles up from downtown Gatlinburg and about 8 miles from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.
The complex is small, but offers a summertime pool, two year round hot tubs, sauna and game room.

New Year’s Stay

We had a great time during our visit. Room was very clean when we arrived and was easy to locate and access. The self check in was great when traveling with a toddler. We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo!

Great times

The Chalet was great! My daughter and I stayed over the weekend and found the room very accommodating! Only thing I wish was different was that the fireplace had worked. Otherwise, clean, easy to get to and quiet area. We would def stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Great place for the price, was very clean. Only complaint is the drive up the mountain can be uneasy but nothing to do with the condo itself. Would recommend and would stay again.

Gatlinburg trip

It was lovely and the room was clean and easy to get into the condo. The only drawback was the drive to get to the High Chalet. It was a little scary but eased up on the 3rd day. I really enjoyed the hot tub! Also, I was impressed by the quiet.

Quiet Mountain Top Getaway

The property was very clean and matched the listing. It was perfect for our family of 3, two adults and an infant. We were always able to get a parking spot right outside our unit.

Great hideout

Great stay. Lovely location on top of the mountain. We saw a bear on the way up and close to the parking area. From other areas in the complex there is a great view onto the surrounding areas. We absolutely loved the hot tubs in the common area.

Affordable getaway

The property was perfect for my small family. We loved the pool and hot tub and it was very close to the Smokey mountains and Gatlinburg. The property is definitely up a steep mountain as was advertised. Just be prepared for a steep and windy road.

Amazing Stay

If you’re planning a trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg this is the place to stay. I’ve stayed in many cabins/hotels/condos in the area and this by far was the best. Clean and decorated so beautifully. I felt so at home and the personal touches made it even better. Very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay again. Everything that was provided such as the pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, and towels, were a great addition. Hot tub was a great addition as well. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Kicking Camp

We were there for the Kohl's National Kicking Camp, but the stay provided so much more. The overlooks coming and going, seeing bears on the drive up and down the mountain, and the comfort of a beautiful room made this a weekend to remember. I am big on making memories with my family and this weekend will be remembered for years to come. Thank you for sharing the beautiful home.

Absolutely Perfect!

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost a decade and never been on a trip together! This was absolutely the most perfect little apartment! It was so incredibly clean and cozy and the a/c was on for us when we got there. My little old fiat made it up the drive and we saw a few bears on the way! Definitely perfect for two people, may be cramped with more, but we were just fine! We had absolutely no issues at all and had a wonderful time! Thank you so much for an affordable trip with some unforgettable memories! <3

Gatlinburg Summer Stay

The description is a little mis-leading. Stating in the Header a Studio / 1 bedroom. It is just a studio, but does sleep 4 with the queen bed and sleeper sofa. I recommend removing the 1-bedroom statement in the description. The condo was very neat and clean and the bed comfortable. The photos show the bed with 2 different bedspreads, making it look like 2 separate beds. Also the mountain view shown in the photos, is from the parking lot. The view from this unit (on the 2nd floor of Bldg. 1) is of the street below. Buildings 4 and 5 seem to be the best for mountain views. The road going up the mountain was very curvy and steep in some areas along the way. But navigable after a few trips back and forth to downtown.

Thanksgiving getaway

Overall, it was a cozy condo! We loved the bear decor. A nice fragrance in the room. The fireplace set a nice ambience; however it did not put out any heat. The sofa bed was not very comfortable for my daughters. A foam mattress would help out tremendously. Another disappointment was the 2 community hot tubs. They did not get above 93 degrees which is less than my body temperature. In 30-degree weather with 25mph winds you need a hot tub! These were lukewarm tubs. The hot tubs were a huge seller for me as to why I chose this condo. For future guests, please follow the directions that the owner provides. Our GPS did not recognize the address at first and we drove around the steep mountain which was stressful. I should have paid more attention to the VRBO email. Also, I would recommend locating the condo during the day, rather than night due to ground erosion around the roads. An AWD vehicle is a must but driving in D1 down the mountain I did not think was necessary. Even though it was very crowded everywhere, we had a wonderful getaway!

Perfect little condo!

Online rental through VRBO was easy. Instructions were great, directions fairly easy to navigate, especially if youve been to Ski Mountain before (we have). Second floor condo, very nicely appointed with a newer sofa and bedding. Its a studio and overlooks the road, no mountain view from the unit, but just go outside!! The bathroom could use an update, but everything worked great, good hot water, and the shower was tall enough to get my head under! The very small balcony could use some new chairs and a small table so your coffee doesnt have to sit on the floor or the rail. There is both a drip coffee maker and a pod style in the unit which is nice, we brought pods from home so that was easy. The tv is small, i would estimate 32-40 inch without actually measuring it, but its old and NOT a smart tv. You will not be able to stream on this. Quality is kind of poor too, words are cut off each end. But its ok for cable tv after a long day. There is no dvd player. z

Great value for price. Large enough for 4 people, full kitchen to cook food, quiet neighbors, blankets and towels included. The 2 hot tubs were clean and comfortable.Checkin and checkout were super easyOur host Jennifer responded to texts within minutes and was polite and informational.The drive up and down the mountain to gatlinburg is pretty fun with winding steep mountainside roads through the National Park with good views on the way. Pretty clean and good experience overall, My only complaint would be the stove was small so it took some time to get a pan hot enough to cook on, but we made it work.

This is our second time staying here. We have been very satisfied. When communicating with the manager, she responded quickly. This unit is very cozy for my husband and I. We are close to the entrance of the park as well as to Gatlinburg. It is very quiet. On both of our trips we have seen many bear on the drive to and from our unit.
