Great place to stay

Loved the stream behind the building and the location was very convenient for various activities in the area. The inside was nicely decorated. I thought the beds were a little small, otherwise would have gone 5 star, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Gatlingburg or Pigeon Forge.

Quaint older condo, very nicely remodeled inside with covered parking and easy walk into Gatlinburg. Beautiful relaxing view of stream on quiet street. Very well stocked with all necessities. Awesome little place to get away.

This condo was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It was an end unit and was very quiet. The accommodations were perfect for our family and it is close to everything. The property manager was extremely helpful with the reservation and payment process. The home away app was very useful as well! I will definitely stay here again!

Great for our little family

Overall the location worked great for us. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend with our 2 year old. It's located at a dead end just off the main drag. This allowed us to let our son burn a little energy outside without too much concern about traffic. It has a great view and secluded feel while still being close to everything.

We chose Gatlinburg for our February girls weekend! This cozy condo was so inviting and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony over looking the river. We stayed with our 3 young boys and this place was perfect. We easily walked into downtown Gatlinburg from here but were very tucked away from the craziness while in the condo. Secluded yet close to everything. I read a couple other reviews about the walk being too far. We didn’t experience that at all. Our boys are 10, 7, and 7, so walking anywhere means stopping to look at different leaves, or different parts of the river, etc, and there was plenty to see at a leisurely pace. Before we knew it we were in the heart of Gatlinburg. The end unit with the river right below us felt so cozy and private. I loved listening to the sound of the river. In spots you could just barely see the road into town but there was zero traffic noise because of the beautiful river. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the fantastic vacation, Gatlinburg!

Private but convenient condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was bigger than it looked in the photos. The decor was beautiful and all the furniture was very comfortable. Only downside was I practically had to drag my Mom and daughter out of the condo for the events we planned because they were enjoying the Netflix so much. Fully stocked kitchen was very nice to have. I enjoyed the balcony over the river more than anything. This is the last unit in the building on a dead end street so it was very quiet (other than the river itself). You can walk to downtown but it's a little farther than you would first think especially if you aren't accustomed to walking much. But the trolley can pick you up as soon as you reach the main street which is about a 10 minute walk. Jessica was very attentive and informative prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Location GREAT! Everything else no so much.

Loved the location! Was the last place on a quiet dead end road at the first part of town. It is so peaceful listing to the river on the balcony. The location is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars compared to 1. Overall the condo needs a face lift. Definitely needs a power washing and a new coat of paint. Inside everything is dated or has been half-arsed if it was attempted to be renovated. The place looked like it was cleaned by a 13 year old, looked “clean” at first but once you look at the details it was all dirty! Nothing has been dusted for months, dust bunnies all over the floors and spider webs in every corner. To save everyone I am no going to describe the bathroom. If this place gets properly renovated in/outside this will be a great place, but until then no so much.

The most beautiful property!!

The parking was odd at first, but we got more confident with it and it was fine. The location is gorgeous and I kept my window cracked to hear the rushing sounds of the river. The condo itself is beautiful, accommodating, and clean. The owner was easy to contact and super friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Property manager was quick to respond. They even brought us a blender to use because there wasn’t one. The location is a little farther than I thought from downtown but we had a blast and enjoyed our stay very much.

Getting away

The place was great. The outside was older looking but the inside looked great. Up to date, clean, had everything we needed, comfortable and fantastic view of the creek. Was nice to sit outside and drink coffee and listen to the water.
