You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Remodeled to look like a Mountain Lodge!

This is our personal property and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We have made it 'Mountain Lodge Style' with a rustic warm feel. Includes stone fireplace, knotty pine paneling and doors, new floors, new bathroom fixtures and kitchen counter tops. Master has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, Fully equipped kitchen, free 'WIFI', 32 inch flat screen (cable) TV in living room with Blu ray DVD player, electric fireplace, laundry room (coin operated) right across from our door, heated pool (seasonal), 2 hot tubs, sauna, game room, 2 gas grills and 2 charcoal grills and picnic areas available, plenty of green space around buildings, keyless entry, and free parking. We are 5 to 30 minutes from most attractions but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.

(Legal of course!) If you come off the interstate at the 407 exit, Bass Pro Shop is right there and just a few miles down Hwy. 66 (Winfield Dunn Parkway) you will find Smoky Mountain Knife Works.

The condo was clean, comfortable though rather dated. The view was beautiful, up high in the hills above Gatlinburg. The hosts never responded to a question I had.

Thanksgiving Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Seen a few bears and the views are gorgeous coming down the mountain.

Super Awesome Space for a rest

Mountain retreat

Me and my family spent Christmas here. We used the sauna and jacuzzi . Enjoyed the mountain view and open presents by the fire place. The house was well kept. My family loved every moment.

Cozy Cabin Vibe

This is an amazing, well kept condo in the mountains. Had a cozy cabin feel and beautiful mountain views. My family had a nice time there and would definitely stay there again on future vacations.

What a veiw

This place was perfect for my husband, my daughter and I. The views were spectacular at the condo as well as the drive up the mountain. We saw 5 bears which was really cool. We would stay again.

Just as pictured!

This condo was just as lovely and cozy as pictured. I would stay again with my family. The hosts were helpful and welcoming, and the property was well cared for. All of us agreed the beds were comfortable and parking plentiful.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This condo used to belong to my grandfather and holds all of my favorite family vacation memories. Getting to come back with my little girl and seeing her running around where I used to was so heartwarming. The Oliver’s were awesome hosts! It’s tucked away perfectly on the mountain to feel like you’re not staying amongst all of the busy traffic but still close enough to all of the fun! We will definitely be back!

Great Experience!

This condo is true to its description. Tucked away at the literal top of a mountain, the condo was everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Everything was very clean, the property manager responded quickly to all requests, and everyone staying around us was very respectful. I highly recommend!

Quite the Drive

The condo was as shown in the pictures with beautiful views. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and did a little cooking. The drive to the condo involved multiple hatrpin turns on ridiculously steep roads. My husband handled it like a pro, but the rest of us were always a bit tense and would never have made it to this mountain top address. Great if you are ready for that type of drive.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful condo! The views on the drive up were incredible. We will definitely consider renting from the Olivers in the future. My husband would like to join us next time. I think he was jealous because he missed out. LOL! We did notice a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom to the left. It might be a stain from a previous leak, but we thought you should know. Thank you for providing me, my son, and our friend a pleasant experience.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

The owners have done a wonderful job creating a rustic cabin setting within this cozy condo perched high on the mountainside close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg. We spent our family weekend enjoying several hikes during what is considered to be one of the busiest times of the year at GSMNP, so it was particularly refreshing to drive back up to the condo after a long day to relax and rejuvenate in a setting that provided a sense of seclusion and quiet. It was the perfect accommodation for our family of four. We took advantage of both the grill and the hot tubs located on the premises. We did not see any bears this time as other guests have, but we did see a mother and her cubs in the park. All the amenities were as advertised (we couldn't quite figure out how to get local channels but there were plenty of options available for guests needing to watch TV which was certainly not a priority for us). We particularly enjoyed family meals around the small dining room table and the spacious kitchen counter that gave everyone ample room to prepare lunches and daypacks for each day in the park. We felt welcomed from the first communication with Mark and Joni to the time we opened the door upon arrival. Thank you for sharing your Smoky Mountains treasure with us! We would definitely consider another visit!
