The room was clean. I loved the fireplace. It made everything nice and cozy. The TV was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect! I never had an issue finding parking in their lot, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions within a few minutes. The staff was helpful and promptly provided me with extra soap, towels and TP when I asked. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Gatlinburg.

The location was good. The room only had one sofa, no chairs or desk. The sofa was positioned such that there was no way to sit on it and watch TV. The sofa could not be repositioned. The only way to watch the TV was to sit on the bed.

Parking is first come all outside. It’s is a very old hotel that has been renovated with very nice touches. I would stay there again. The balcony was ver private and relaxing. The water pressure in my room was low. The bed was comfy. Bring your own pillow.
