With its fantastic setting on the moving river; waterfall outfront; large ornate spa inside property , stone fireplace; private balcony with seating over the flowing river, complete updated kitchen; Wi-Fi , heating, and AC; king size superior bed, this awesome property ensures a comfortable stay for guests. The bathroom is well-equipped and modernized and there is an additional sleeping area with a queen bed. Sit on the covered patio overlooking the moving river. There is also a resident bear who comes by several times a day just walking around peacefully and enjoying the river and outdoors or looking to find a leftover snack from the grill downstairs. Listen to the waterfall outside your bedroom window and the river that runs underneath the property. Fall in love with Gatlinburg and enjoy the magic it has to offer. We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great with it only being a few minutes from the Parkway. It had a very nice view of a creek. We enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The host was very accommodating and attentive. A nice relaxing getaway.

Relaxing by a babbling brook

We stayed for a relaxing weekend.The garden tub was great with jets soothing our achey muscles while watching a large screen TV. The balcony overlooked a babbling brook for peaceful mornings and evenings. Located near downtown. Would stay again! Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Debra, the host is super nice and very responsive! The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed to stay in a cook. Being right over the water was very serene. I wish we could have opened the bedroom window to hear the stream while we slept. The sliding door to the balcony is also a little wonky and comes off the track when you open it. All in all though, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again!

Very satisfied with our stay. Convenient to everything. Loved the sound of the stream. Host had great communication. Also there is a little market located within walking distance for miscellaneous items. Highly recommend staying there. The bed was harder than what we like but that wasn’t a big issue for us. We would stay there again.

Condo was clean and easy to get to. Nice and peaceful. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Everything was great. Our only negative was that bed was way too hard for us. Our furbaby went with us and she seemed to enjoy the trip too.

The host is so helpful and pleasant to work with. The condo is in a great location, convenient to everything, including a store in walking distance.
