Beds where stained up the sheets where nasty had to have them replace them the lazy river was good the first day then the next day the water was really low. Breakfast was amazing hot tub and pool was amazing.

Just up the hill from the strip and right across the street for the free trolley for those who don't want to walk so much. Clean, updated rooms were exactly what you would want from any hotel stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. 2 indoor pools were a nice upgrade. Highly recommend!

The stay was okay for the two nights but i wouldn’t stay more than a week there. The property needs some maintenance and improvements. The pool and lazy river was good and the breakfast was okay. I loved how the property was close to the Smokey Mountains and other activities and attractions.

It was a good location, very walkable. Bed was clean, and linens were not stained or ripped. Breakfast area was clean and well attended. It's an older hotel, and looks like it, but completely adequate for a budget stay. Plenty of free parking, and right on the Trolly line. The pool was practically unusable due to poor ventilation. Also, lazy river was not quite how it was pictured online, it was very small.

Front desk gentleman was awesome when we checked in. The lady working the breakfast wasn’t very pleasant, or friendly. She seemed irritated at everyone. When someone is that unhappy it makes you kind of nervous when they are the ones preparing the food. Room was very nice for the price but they could improve the looks of the lobby and dining area. It’s outdated. Hotel was convenient to walk to attractions.

Rooms were ok there was mold around the soap dishes in the shower. The bathtub was very slippery the non slippy things were not good. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. If you're looking for a place to sleep I suppose this is your place if you looking for luxury it's not for you.

The pool and the lazy river were great! The Hot Tub jets didn't always work. The temperature were fantastic though. The room was fabulous though. Clean and the air worked wonderfully. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. Nicer than I expected. Balcony was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there was a bear blocking the entrance late at night and I understand that is common for the area when I called the front desk multiple times - no one answered. After the bear left and I got in - I mentioned it to the desk worker and he said that he saw it on the camera. He also saw us waiting in the distance and didn't do anything about it.
