Walk to Anakeesta, The Convention Center, The SKYBRIDGE, BLAKE SHELTON'S OLE RED, JASON ALDEANS, The Ripley's Aquarium, Ole' SMOKY MOONSHINE and many more attractions! Live music at many of these venues nightly! You can even see the space needle in the winter from your bedroom! 1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM plus pull out sofa in the living room comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Wifi Internet, Cable TV, Rolltop Desk work area for those who may need to do a little bit of work between attractions! Theres also room in the master bedroom for a pack and play baby bed for those traveling with little ones! Great place

We had a great stay, the condo was clean and had plenty of room for me and my husband. Shower and bathroom was nice. It was right near everything. The walk back was up a steep hill so little tiring walking to and from but other than that a great place for visiting gatlinburg.

This was an excellent place to stay. It was very clean, with brand new appliances and beautifully decorated with a woodsy theme. I was impressed with the fact that we could contact the owner at any time. The only drawback was all the stairsteps to downtown. It was easy going down them, but not coming back up. I am 74 and in pretty good shape, but they still were a little rough on me! It was still a great weekend despite the terrible storm on Sat. morning!!

This was the perfect home base for our trip - everything was super clean, comfortable and convenient. We loved being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg and not fight the traffic while still being able to easily drive to the arts and crafts district or up into Cherokee National Forest

Great host, nice & clean place, comfortable bed on the firmer side, nice shower with good water pressure. Great size for two people without feeling cramped, even when bringing a lot of supplies. Saw a bear around the building our last day.

Cozy condo

We had an amazing time at the Holly Bear condo! The space was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently close to downtown. Clay, the host, was incredibly attentive and promptly brought us sheets for the sofa bed when needed. As a family of four, we found the space just right. Watching the fireworks and the ball drop from our room was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Place was very clean and located close to hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains. Walk to town was easy enough for us but others may find it a bit challenging. We were not fans of Gatlinburg itself - “tourist trap” - but we came for the National Park and it did not disappoint!

This was the perfect place for us—celebrating boyfriend’s birthday. It was advertised as being able to walk to town, and for most that is true but my knees wouldn’t tolerate that walk so just keep that in mind. Comfortable bed! Perfect size! We loved it!

Gatlinburg trip

The condo was clean and had everything that you need for a vacation. The owners were very helpful and always got back to us when we had a question. The condo is within walking distance from downtown, but it's about 15 minutes or so and you have to remember to go around to the back of the complex to start your walk. All in all, a very good experience.

Loved the condo, the pool, the area! Saw bears from our room in the late evening, just lumbering along. Clay and Glenda are wonderful hosts. Communication with them was effortless. The binder had lots of good info, with everybody’s “favorites “ and “must-sees”. It really was a perfect stay!

Great Weekend!

We were there for a weekend wedding and this place was perfect for us! Decorated beautifully! Very clean! Very comfortable bed!!! Close enough to walk to the strip but far enough away it was quiet. Three drive to PG was not far at all. This is located kinda close to beginning of the strip so getting in and out was not bad at all. Communication with host was fabulous! This location is added to favorites! Would stay here again 100%.
