Welcome to Little Bear Castle! This is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. It is walking distance to all shopping, entertainment, and restaurants! Step out on the patio and take in the mountain views and city life! The condo complex has a seasonal heated outdoor pool and hot tub! Each bedroom has a smart TV that can connect to your streaming services! There is an affordable washer and dryer located in the complex!

Walkability & Hill: You can walk to downtown. The walk back includes a notable uphill section; if hills are a concern, consider a quick rideshare or drive back.

Community amenities: The on-site seasonal heated pool and hot tub is HOA-maintained. Occasional closures happen and availability can change day to day.

Building/parking: The building is older and the parking lot can feel tight, especially during busy times.

We enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and it’s walkable to the strip. We traveled with family and my two very old in-laws. They were not able to walk to the strip as it was very steep and we were not able to push the wheelchair down the steep road. The property is clean and located in a good safe area.

We had a short weekend stay for a sporting event. The host made contact with us hours before check in with status updates and made contact after our arrival to insure everything was suitable. Fun weekend

Cozy convenient Gatlinburg condo

We enjoyed our short stay at this property. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Location is very convenient for a visit to Gatlinburg as it is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. It is located on a hill so the walk is uphill on way back from town which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. The Christmas tree and decorations were a nice touch and made it feel very homey. Will definitely stay again next time we plan a trip to Gatlinburg.

Great Weekend Getaway

This was a great place to stay for a weekend trip! Even if you were going for a longer stay I would say book this! It’s close to downtown Gatlinburg where you can walk to everything which was great! The place was very clean! There was even a few keurig cups for us which was awesome and something little that was not expected but we are coffee lovers so I reall appreciate that! The communication at check in was great and Elizabeth made sure we got checked in with no problems and they were available 24/7 if needed. The view was great too! This place is somewhere I will definitely stay again and look forward to booking for our next trip! Thank you for a great weekend!

It was a nice location with a decent view of the strip. The steep parking lot and lack of sidewalk on the road that leads out to the strip was a little sketchy to walk on, but it is not that far of a walk. You just gotta keep your head on a swivel, especially with kids while walking. I would be sure to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper (they do not supply much those). They have an onsite laundry facility that was $3.50 to wash and $3.00 to dry.

Great view of the bustle of Gatlinburg.

The condo itself was nice. Wasn’t able to get the fireplace to work, but the heated vent in the bathroom was a big winner. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot, which is always a plus. We enjoyed the night view of Gatlinburg lights from the balcony. There is limited parking next to the condo, so you have to walk up a steep hill if you park in the lower lot, but that’s understandable as the hill is also how the complex gets its great view of the city life. The condo is relatively close to plenty of restaurants and a short walking distance to Anakeesta.
