Beautiful First Floor 2 Bed 2 Bath Riverfront Condo

Beautiful first floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood.
Condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. Bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy so it's great for 2 couples. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6 guest comfortably. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here.

Nice place for our short trip.

Nice property over all. Great location. Far enough off the main road for the noise but close enough for convenience. Only complaint that I have is the guest bathroom tub drains very slowly.

Wonderful place to stay

This property was perfect! It was conveniently located, but in a quieter part of town- so the best of both worlds! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed seeing the ducks each morning from the balcony. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

A great place to spend a week in!

The condo had easy access on the first floor, was very roomy and comfortable! It was clean and had everything that we needed. Love the balcony view to the river and loved the pool as well!

Amazing!

This was our second stay at this property and it was as wonderful as we remembered. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was great and just a short drive from everything. We also loved our daily visits from the ducks!!

I loved the laundry, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen. There is plenty of space for a family of five. The beds were comfortable which is not typical for a rental property. We were also pleased with the visit from ducks near the patio every day. The televisions could be updated to smart tvs. There could be some improvements in the cleanliness. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

This was an excellent place to stay. The location and convenience of the condo were perfect. Parking was never a problem and the pool was great. The host was responsive and sent all of the information we needed. My husband and I are already talking about staying again.

Highly recommend!! The condo looks exactly like the pictures shown on the VRBO website. The complex was very quiet, close to shopping and restaurants, & had plenty of parking. We hope to stay again in the future.

Nice and quiet

Was the perfect spot for our week vacation. It was super cute and very clean. We loved seeing and feeding the ducks every morning. It was very quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. I would most definitely use again the next time we come to visit.

Great location!!!

I would stay at this property again. It is close enough to all the tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There are several close restaurants too!! If you are wanting to cook meals the kitchen was stocked great with dishes, bakeware, pots and pans. If you are staying a length of time bring extra toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and paper towels. Overall the condo was clean and well maintained. .

Family Base for Travel Ball Tournament

This was a great location. Super clean, spacious, well equipped. River front peace with convenience to all Pigeon Forge attractions and dining. This was a wonderful home base for our hectic weekend of travel ball. It was so nice to come back to serenity on the river. We loved the friendly ducks. Hostess sent excellent communication to make arrival and departure easy. Will stay again when we come to town!

Family getaway

The location is perfect, easy access to everything. Smaller building than most places we've stayed so not as many tenants which was nice. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals in. The only complaint would be that I wish they would clean the baseboard areas once in awhile. Those always seem to get neglected in every place we have stayed.

Family venue and caterer search

We came in Sunday-Tues to search for caterer for a wedding in September in the area. Grandparents, wedding couple and their 15 month old. The condo was great to give all of us space and to be able to eat without having to wait in a restaurant. The location is great and close to everything Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked well for making meals. Will definitely look at staying here again and will recommend to the guests for the wedding

Wonderful place to stay

Julie is a wonderful host check in was easy. The condo is clean and exactly like the pictures. One bedroom is a little tight but worked fine for us. We enjoyed the pool especially after long days of activities. Being on the first floor was a huge plus. We enjoyed feeding the ducks on the balcony. The location was perfect, close to everything we did. Julie also added a lot of little extras. The beds were comfortable. I would love to come back and stay here again.
