This was the best vacation we've ever had! The cabin was amazing! The owners have thought of absolutely EVERYTHING to make your stay perfect. The cabin was already decorated for Christmas and we felt right at home. The kids loved the Elf on the Shelf. It was a treat for them as we don't have one at home. The beds were SO comfortable. There's absolutely nothing negative I could say. Thank you for being such gracious hosts!

The cabin is decorated cute, kitchen well equipped and beds are comfortable. location is secluded in a neighborhood, but you are surrounded by woods and a walking trail. we saw 5 deer in the property twice. Highly recommend!! All pictures were taken at the cabin.

This is our favorite place to stay!!! It is always clean and comfortable. We like the one level so we are all together. The covered porch is wonderful for those early morning cups of coffee no matter the weather. Melissa is wonderful to work with. The area is nice and the food trucks were great also. Very relaxing and we have stayed several times with Melissa and everything is always nice!! Love it!! Susan

Beautiful cabin, exceptional decorating. Kitchen is stocked better than most homes. Hottub is easy-to-use and works wonderfully. Had an absolutely wonderful time. Restaurants and shops only blocks away. Melissa excellent at answering questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun

Great property for families! Youngsters enjoyed basketball, video games, plenty of space in the yard. Large well equipped kitchen with plenty of table space and open area for adults to visit. Love the location, easy access to everything but feels secluded. We have stayed at this property at least five times and will be returning!

Breezy Bear Heaven

Cabin was nicely decorated, clean and had everything you might need and then some! We completely enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Breezy bear is an amazing place!!!

From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, the breezy bear went above a beyond our expectations. The cabin was so well decorated a fully stocked we were lacking of nothing. The beds were super comfortable a loved the whole experience of the place.

Family getaway

The property was great. Everything was very clean and the owners stocked the property with items that aren’t normally included in house or condo rentals (extra paper towels and toilet paper, hand soap, shower amenities, etc.) The owners were very responsive when contacted. Would definitely recommend the property.

Family vacation

My husband and our 2 children along with my inlaws stayed for a week at the Breezy Bear. It's a beautiful cabin that was so clean and had everything we could need. Literally if we had just brought clothing, we wouldn't have need a single other thing from home besides some food! The kitchen is fully stocked with more appliances and cookware than in my own kitchen. It was great! Also wonderful communication from the host.

Comfy and cozy!

We had a great time at Breezy Bear! The kids loved the games, books and jacuzzi! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and it was just a short ride into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Practically Perfect in Every Way

This is the best to stay! 2nd time and we will e back to stay again . They think I’d everything. Great outside fire pit area! Has trail behind the cabin for kids they think there hike in the Forrest !

We love staying at the Breezy Bear. The cabin is always clean and comfortable!!! This hands down the best cabin we have stayed in the area! The owners are fab! Thanks for the personal welcome sign! We even got to see some bear, dear, and a giant cat this year. Cabin easy to get to and loved drinking coffee on the porch. The beds were super comfortable and the place is just wonderful!!

The property was perfect! We cooked all our meals there during our stay and the kitchen is very well stocked with any dishes,pots, pans, appliances we could need! Everything was very clean and exactly like the pictures! Loved the wind chimes on the front porch!

Absolutely recommend

We absolutely loved the cabin! The hosts really thought of absolutely everything and really made it a home away from home. Everything was so nice and so comfortable and I cannot recommend this house enough! Definitely will book again if it is open on future trips! We had never been to Pigeon Forge and we had an amazing time and the location is about twenty minutes from everything but was so peaceful and we loved it!!

Amazingly stay

Such a great place to stay. All the comforts of home. Even q tips, hair dryers , cotton balls!! The deck is all around the house! Tvs in every room -but whose watching TV anyway lol. Great hot tub. Would stay here again and again!!

Family staycation

We absolutely loved the Breezy Bear cabin and plan on visiting again. Your quaint cabin had EVERYTHING needed: flashlights, charging cables for every electronic out there, multiple crockpots, extra toothbrushes, and all of the pots and pans needed! We enjoyed the walking trail and jacuzzi. We especially loved the little boxes with bottled water and candies in each room. Absolutely amazing!! Well done!

Great family home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Breezy Bear! We had never been to Tennessee before and wanted to try something different. There is so much to do in the area! But the home is located around 15-20 minutes away from town, which was perfect for us. You get the mountain vacation with the option to travel into the tourist attractions. I highly recommend this home for your mountain vacation! The homeowner was great. She was friendly and took care of us. The home has everything!

This is the absolute best property we have ever rented in the 33 years we have been visiting the Smokeys. Sometimes visiting twice a year. Absolutely everything was an A+, cleanliness, comfort and the best stocked rental I've seen. So worth the beautiful drive from Pigeon Forge. The layout of the cabin is stellar also. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. I will recommend this rental to everyone I know from now on.

Even better than we expected

We read the positive reviews and expected a great property, but even so we were VERY impressed! From the quiet, seclusive location, to the very attentive host, to the amazing amenities, we were very sad to leave Breezy Bear. We were concerned we would be too far from Pigeon Forge, but really it was a short 20 minute drive to the main strip. We frequently visited the Smoky Mountain National Park and the back entrance we used near this property was never crowded. We loved feeling like we were truly in the mountains, not just in a suburb neighborhood. Highly recommend you consider visiting the Breezy Bear!

Would Stay Here Again & Again

The absolute perfect cabin and location! We had 2 families of 4 share this cabin, and it was wonderful for our 2 groups. The cabin was equipped with toys, board games, stuffies, and arcade games, and the 4 kids (ages 2.5 - 6) were highly entertained (also really nice not to have to pack toys and games). Plus, there is a hiking trail directly in the cabin’s backyard, and the kids enjoyed bear hunting. The location of this cabin is the biggest selling point. It’s far enough from the kitschy touristy PF that you have privacy and no traffic but close enough that it’s easy to get to PF, Dollywood, etc. There are some really great restaurants and breweries within a 5-10 minute drive, and easy access to the national park. We’d look to stay here again if we come back!

Perfect Smokies Retreat

We have stayed in many cabins over 30+ years, but have now found our home away from home! It’s like Mary Poppins, “practically perfect in every way!” The location is convenient to the park, restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions, but feels private and peaceful. It is nestled with surrounding woods, but not isolated. Our family enjoyed the large open kitchen, extra seating, comfortable living area and tastefully decorated, themed bedrooms. We utilized the games, porches, hot tub and our own private trail to explore! The owners have honestly thought of everything, and are so kind and helpful. It was awesome for everyone, ages 8 to 96! We will NEVER stay anywhere else!

This was our first VRBO ever and if they all are like this, I should have used VRBO a long time ago. There are 3 bedrooms here - there is a game room that has a set of bunk beds and a regular size bed (not sure if it was a full or a queen as we did not use this room for sleeping) and then another room that has a king size bed. These two rooms share a bathroom. Each of those rooms has a large closet with hangers and plenty of space! The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom. There are 2 sofas in the LR and a 2 person table in the kitchen (which is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies, dishes, and utensils that you will need. There is a 6 person dining room table as well. There is a sun room with daybed and a hot tub outside. There is a speaker in the kitchen as well as out by the hot tub so you can easily connect your phone and enjoy your music as you cook or relax. There are plenty of towels as well as a washer and dryer. There are TVs in each room and Wifi. I did not need anything during my stay, but based on how fast and helpful Melissa was when I asked questions prior to my stay, I feel confident, had I needed anything, she would have taken care of it immediately. This is a great cabin esp for me as a first time VRBO user and this was my first trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.
