Come enjoy the peaceful serenity of this beautiful timber frame cabin. Located on 3/4 of an acre+ with wooded views that give this cabin a "treehouse feel". Smart cabin features are built in including Alexa voice control, smart lighting, smart TV, smart thermostat, keyless entry, ring doorbell and floodlight with motion detected audio and video recording possible 24/7. (faces front porch and driveway) Automated lighting schedules available to ensure your comfort and convenience. ( A list of voice commands will be provided upon rental.)*** As Alexa grows, so do we! We've added Amazon Music Unlimited and Sonos speakers to our main living area for your listening pleasure.***
The cozy gas fireplace is a great area to relax, read a book, plan your next hike into the Great Smokey Mountains National Park ( Metcalf Bottoms entrance less than 1.5 miles from the cabin) plan a scenic drive on the newly opened Foothills Parkway (Entrance 2 miles from the cabin) or simply turn off the tv and drift off into a mid-afternoon nap.
2 Master suites both with king size beds featuring Hilton Suite Dreams mattresses, Bear themed comforters, Brooklinen cotton sheets, flat screen tv's and blue ray players ready to access any streaming content you may have.
The kitchen with it's butcher block island is roomy and well appointed to handle any of your cooking needs. Bear themed dishes and cutlery make every meal special.
What is the perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking, shopping at the Island in Pigeon Forge or spending the day in downtown Gatlinburg? The hot tub! Located on a covered deck, this hot tub is easily accessed year round.
We decorate for the 4th of July (Last week of June through July), Fall (Sept-Nov), Christmas(Dec to first half of Jan weather permitting).
3 Dancing Bears Cabin is easily accessed from Wears Valley Rd (Hwy 321) Paved roads, motorcycle and sports car friendly. No cliff hangers! Sorry no campers, trailers or RV's due to shape of driveway. Please inquire for more details.
Strict No PET Policy. No Smoking. Must be 25 to rent. ***No holiday checkouts!*** We do not require our maid to spend time away from her family on the holidays. This applies to Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

We chose Townsend for its ease between all the places we thought we might visit. We slept in and enjoyed everything the Smokey’s had to offer.

Restoration at 3 Bears Cabin

We found the cabin to be very clean, nice decor (including the new leather sofa and loveseat) and the owners delightful. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The location of this cabin couldn't have been more perfect. We loved our stay there and highly recommend it to anyone!

2nd time at the cabin

We had a great time; this was our 2nd stay at the cabin. It's such a great place to relax; our kids love the arcade games and shuffleboard. The hot tub is relaxing too. We saw a bear up close during our stay, in the neighbor's yard, which was amazing! We love this cabin and would highly recommend this to families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

2nd stay this year!

My wife and I stayed with friends Memorial Day for our annual mountain trip. My sister and her husband needed some rest and relaxation so we decided to take then to the mountains for a quick Labor day weekend. I was so happy when I checked and saw that this property was available again.

Absolutely stunning!

We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations at this cabin! It was spotless and had everything we needed and even items we didn't know we'd need :) It's a beautiful location, only about 20 minutes or so from all the action in Pigeon Forge and yet, in a very peaceful location. Only minutes from Foothills Parkway, which we absolutely loved too. If you are looking for a cabin in this area, I highly, highly recommend this beautiful cabin.

Fabulous cabin!

3 Dancing Bears is one of the cleanest, most comfortable and well stocked vacation rentals I have stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent mornings drinking coffee/tea and talking while rocking on the porch. We also played shuffleboard multiple times a day. Not too far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. I highly recommend renting this cabin!

Cabin was very nice, clean, well stocked. Hot tub had privacy and was very nice. Only complaint is that this cabin has no view of the mountains. But overall was worth the money.

Perfect!

This cabin was perfect in every way! Very clean! Great location! Fun! Beautiful! High-end! Fully stocked! Not cheaply stock. I've been in other cabins and this was far better. I wish we spent more time at the cabin, but we were pretty busy. Great hot tub. The games were fun.

I have visited other places in TN and NC and The 3 Dancing Bears Cabin is by far the best of them all. I cannot complain about a single thing. The place is just as described. Everything worked great, amazing cleanliness. Even the supplies provided were not the cheap type you find in some places but good quality items. Great communication with the property manager. We felt just like home and we are very happy to have found this cabin for our family vacation. I highly recommend this cabin if you want to have peace of mind and comfort in your stay.

Girls Trip

We have stayed at this cabin several times. It has always been EXTREMELY CLEAN which is important to me. I have never stayed anywhere that is as well maintained and equipped as this place! Jennifer, the property manager, provides many essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash - just to name a few. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bath towels. This cabin has a view of the woods, not mountains, but the Foothills Parkway is just minutes away which has awesome mountain views. We did see a Mama Bear and her three cubs walk right past the cabin which was an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this cabin!

Quiet and serene for a resting vacation

This is an amazing vacation home for a family of four. Our kids shared the king bed upstairs and we were downstairs. The kitchen has everything you need. The closest Kroger was in Pigeon Forge. The trees kept it cool for our late June stay. The hot tub was a dream each evening. The smart features with Alexa and the lights were fun. We had a family shuffleboard tournament and a corn hole tournament. It does take a little extra time to drive to the main tourist attractions but the quiet and secluded feel you get from being in the trees makes it worth it. You are minutes from Cades Cove and Tuscaleechee caverns. There are several small hole-in-the-wall restaurants that were great. We truly loved our stay.

Amazing Cabin

This cabin is beautiful. I can't say enough good things about this cabin. Loved the smart features, especially the smart lighting and keyless entry. The cabin is beautifully decorated with new leather furniture, not what is shown in the pictures. It was immaculate, well stocked, & beautiful dishes. Loved the front porch with swing and rockers, spent every morning out there. Loved the location, quiet and relaxing but close the things. I didn't expect to spend 2 days at the cabin, but d/t a fall my stepmother experience was unable to do much. It was nice to have a main floor bedroom and bath for her. There were many small things provided that I appreciated. Host responded quickly to an issue we experience when we arrived. I would stay here again. It was best place I've ever rented. A++
