"Though the property is neat and clean, rooms are very small without any cupboards. We stayed there for 5 nights but did not like the breakfast at all. Quality and taste of paratha/puri/sabji served were very poor. Meanwhile, the meals served at the restaurant were also very costly if we compare it with similar 2.5/3 star properties."

"This hotel is not a four-star hotel, rooms are quite tired and in need of a very good clean as I found many black long hairs on the floor and even in the in room dinning menu. (I have short brown hair). The room needs a very good vacuum and attention to detail looked at. The first night that I came to the hotel after a long day at work, I was told that the restaurant was fully booked to a group of outside guests. How is it possible that paying guests staying here are completely forgotten about!...

There is nothing in the lift to indicate which floor is Reception My room was damp and I had to insist that the damp bedding linen was changed before I could use the bed The bathroom is a "wet" room so it is impossible that the floor won't be wet after a shower. The extractor fan requires most of the day to dry the bathroom .... hence the damp towels and bedding."
