"I had to wait outside for someone to come let me in. They had to clean the jacuzzi in my room when I was there. No proper security. Rooms were good. But in all I wasn’t impressed with the reception. I checked out after an hour of my arrival. Unfortunately no refunds have been settled not even half. Totally unimpressed "

"The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street. There is very little to do around the property. A rental car is a must. "

"We were extremely disappointed with our selection of hotel. First, the rates we paid booking 5 weeks in advance were double what rooms cost once we got there. We were the few customers staying before closing for the season and everything was removed from the premises, from cushions, to the ability to sleep on a room not on the main street. Super loud, car racing on the main road outside our room. I expected much more curtesy for the price we paid. Overrated place for sure. "
