Holiday rental of 60 m², fully renovated, comfortable and very modern, located on the Gâvres peninsula 50 m from the beach and 2 min walk from the Gâvres - Port-Louis pier, shops at 200 m, supervised beach in summer, nautical base, shore fishing.
Major tourist and cultural sites nearby: the citadel of Port-Louis, Lorient (Cité de la Voile, Interceltic Festival in August), wild dunes and beaches as far as the eye can see between the peninsulas of Gâvres and Quiberon, the wild coast, the seaside resort of Carnac and its famous standing stones, Groix, Belle-Île, the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan.

Die Kommunikation mit Gerlind im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts war klasse. Die Doppelhaushälfte ist für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet, bequeme Möbel und gute Betten.Sehr schön sind die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf beiden Seiten des Hauses.Direkt gegenüber hat ein Restaurant eröffnet, was sehr leckeres Essen anbietet, aber auch bis 00.00 Uhr offen hat.Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!

Annonce élogieuse qui masque bien la réalité !Le logement est cerné entre une terrasse de restaurant à l’avant de la maison ouvert tard le soir et à l’arrière des terrains de sports ( tennis et pétanque) Entre discussions animées du restaurant et cris ou autres claquements de boules métalliques vous avez le choix pour profiter pleinement de la quiétude des lieux. Administrativement il s’agit bien de 2 adresses différentes ( le 8 et 8bis ) mais dans les faits, vous vivez « sous le même toit « que votre voisin, la maison semble juste avoir été séparée en deux sur sa longueur avec les désagréments sonores que cela peut générer. Pour info il est obligatoire de traverser la terrasse du voisin pour accéder chez vous. Une seul place de stationnement pour les 2 logements.

Sehr beengtes Bad, spartanisch eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer (nur 5 Bügel, kein richtiger Schrank),Lärm aus der Nachbarhaushäfte. Baustelle schräg gegenüber, später öffnete dort ein Bar - noch lauter, da die Leute draußen saßen! Wurde zuvor im Dossier der Fewo nicht erwähnt!

Petite maison de pécheur décorée avec soin, restée bien fraîche au long de la journée malgré la canicule extérieure. Maison tout confort, avec une bonne literie, une pièce de vie agréable, l'essentiel dans la cuisine, deux terrasses meublées. La presqu'île est très calme, idéale pour se détendre, avec de nombreuses plages à moins de cinq minutes à pied, et un accès en batobus pour rejoindre facilement les villes situées en face (Port-Louis, Lorient, Larmor-plage). Entspannung pur.

Die kleine halb Insel Gâvres ist sehr schön mit schöne Stränden zum spazieren gehen oder auch Wasser Sport zu betreiben. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants oder Bars die aber leider nicht immer geöffnet hatten da die Urlaub Saison noch nicht angefangen hat. Es war dann ausser spazieren gehen nicht viel zu tun daher lieber in Juni anreisen oder man mag die Ruhe. Die Ferienwohnung war großzügig eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastfrau verlief problemlos.

Familienurlaub

Es waren 2 erholsame (leider zu kurze) Urlaubswochen. Dazu passte das modrn ausgestattete Ferienhaus perfekt. Es war nicht weit zum Hafen und zu den Stränden. Die Vermietrin war jederzeit bereit, unsere Fragen in der Zeit zu beantworten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir können das Haus allen empfehlen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist gut gelegen, zu Fuß 1 Minute zum kleinen Hafen, 5 Minuten zum nächsten Badestrand, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Creperie sind um die Ecke. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und war bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Eine echte Empfehlung!

Gemütliches, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in zentraler Lage auf schöner Halbinsel.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa du Pêcheur sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der malerische Hafen, ein gutes Restaurant und der Markt (Freitag) sind zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Au calme à deux pas de la mer

Nous avons visité le musée de Port louis, le marché aux fleurs d’ Hennebont ( bel endroit), un village reconstitué avec activités anciennes bonne restauration voyage dans le temps génial. Couché de soleil sur la plage côté forteresse de Gavres ( pour une promenade romantique) et plein d’autres endroits à découvrir.

Authentisches Frankreich

Gâvres ist wunderschön und wir hatten das Gefühl Frankreich hautnah zu erleben, ohne den Massentourismus. Um einzukaufen muss man zu den größeren Geschäften schon etwas länger fahren, aber es gibt viele Möglichkeit vor Ort. Der wöchentliche Markt am Donnerstag bietet alles was das kulinarische Herz begehrt. Die Creperie, Taverne oder Pizzeria laden zum Verweilen ein und der kleine Einkauf zwischendurch wird im ortseigenen Sparmarkt erledigt. Außerdem kann man den ganzen Tag über mal eben mit dem Boot nach Port Louis übersetzen - der Pier ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Sehenswürdigkeiten, tolle Strände und Natur pur! Auch wenn wir mit unserem Hund ein paar Minuten gehen mussten, um an den Strand zu können, war das kein Problem. Die Unterkunft liegt so zentral, dass alles gut zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist für seine Größe von 60qm sehr geräumig und hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Vor allem positiv ist, dass ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden war, so dass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeiten direkt spülen musste. Es war sehr sauber und Besen, Staubsauger usw. vorhanden, dadurch konnten auch mal schnell ein paar Hundehaare beseitigt werden. Der Kontakt mit unserer Vermieterin im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes war super. Immer mit Rat und Tat da. Unser Hund war genauso Willkommen wie wir. Wir fühlten uns aufgrund der netten französischen Nachbarn und der hilfsbereiten Einheimischen sehr wohl. Danke Gerlind, für einen tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Liebevoll gepflegtes kleines Haus

Die zahlreichen Strände sind alle sehr schnell in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das schöne kleine Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben immer gleich reagiert. Sehr gerne wieder!

Geschmackvoll und modern

Die kleine Doppelhaushälfte bietet alles was man braucht, ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet sowie insgesamt in einem sehr guten, aufgeräumten Zustand. In der Vorsaison war es sehr ruhig, so dass wir uns sehr gut erholen konnten. Man kann sich da nicht verlaufen und dennoch gibt es auf der Halbinsel genug unterschiedliche Spaziergänge. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Un petit coin de paradis

Pêches aux côques, fameuses ! Musée de la compagnie des Indes à Port Louis, avec le bateau bus ! Pratique, changement possible vers Lorient sur le même ticket dans l'heure. Plages et littoral préservés, tour dela presqu'île à pieds. Petit Commerce à proximité. Séjour reposant sur une semaine d'avril ensoleillée !

Une excellente escapade

Nous avons passé un long weekend en famille (2 adultes+1 enfant) dans la location de Gerlind. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de cette location, très bien équipée, confortable, la propreté est irréprochable et notre hôte nous a parfaitement communiqué les informations nécessaires à notre arrivée, notre départ et le bon déroulement de notre séjour. De plus l'endroit vaut vraiment le détour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons ce logement.
