Radisson Hotel La Crosse

"The Radisson is easy to find and enjoys an excellent central location in downtown La Crosse, immediately beside the Mississippi River. There is a huge parking lot directly in front of the hotel, and the free parking was very convenient. Check-in was extremely efficient, and I particularly appreciated being given a room on a high floor with a wonderful view over the riverfront park and the Mississippi River, with the Minnesota bluffs visible in the distance. I did not use the hotel’s other facilities, but the bar and restaurant looked very convenient and also appeared to offer attractive views towards the river. The hotel is only a very short and easy walk from the centre of town, where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. This was a comfortable and very conveniently located place to stay, and I would definitely choose the Radisson again if I returned to La Crosse."

"Amenities were great , little dated but clean. Food good for breakfast, rooms clean and staff all friendly! Location great from the airport. Only recommendation would be to update some mattresses. Thank you for the welcome, first time in Wisconsin!"

"There are many positives about this property. The location is wonderful with the easiest access to I-90 and local attractions. The property is an “up North” themed resort style hotel that is a little older with a rustic feel, but maintained well. It has a great indoor/outdoor pool and the largest hot tub I have seen at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast buffet was well done. The room and beds were comfortable. Small negatives include a dated, small tv in the room, and thin walls between other rooms. I feel it is a great place for families with kids."

"The property was close to a lot of places we were going to! What I didn't like was there a gap between the door and trim. At night when you were trying to sleep the room was pretty bright because of it!"

"Absolutely loved our stay & Rainbow Ridge! Cindy & Donna are wonderful hosts offering hospitality and many opportunities to relax or participate in farm activities. We didn’t milk or collect eggs but we did get to interact with many of the pet characters. Our climb up the ridge is truly memorable, thanks to Cindy for reminding me to take my phone for pictures! Breakfast was delicious, our rest peaceful. Hope to be back soon!"

"As for the bed and pillows, well, you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent, though there is only one restaurant within walking distance; however, downtown is less than a 5-minute drive away with more options. Access to the base was pretty easy, being about 9 to 10 miles (a 12- to 14-minute drive) from Fort McCoy. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and I would return if I had to."
