"It was really clean and easy to check in. They have Valet parking out front and breakfast (expensive €26 per person). The rooms were clean, the bathroom was spacious and lovely with jack and jill sinks, the shower had a waterfall showerhead as well as a hand held shower head.
Location was great for Cannes, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the main beach strip with restaurants, 15-20 minute walk to central area with shopping and restaurants."

"Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. The staff on site were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the main sites and train station for Monaco—all an easy walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, a rare find indeed. "
