"We had a wonderful overall stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the food from their restaurant was excellent. It truly was the perfect place to spend the night after catching a concert at Shoreline. The only downside was that there was frost tape covering our entire window due to ongoing exterior maintenance work, and we could see people working outside. While the service and amenities were fantastic, it felt like the full room price wasn't completely warranted when we couldn't even see out our window. If management offers a discount or a room away from the construction during this time, it would easily be a 5-star experience. I would definitely stay here again once the exterior work is finished!"

"All the staff were outstanding! The hotel and my room were spotless. I was able to do laundry. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Valet was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations for travel, dining, and entertainment. This location was a last minute decision and what a great decision it was. The hotel was very suitable for kids. I highly recommend this Hyatt location!"

"This pet friendly hotel is charming. Friendly staff and also virtual staff for check in/out. We enjoyed the Cameron’s Pub next door for a bowl of steaming chowder after a long day at the beach. Complimentary breakfast had both hot and cold options. We would stay here again. King suite with sofa and fireplace."
