Vi så for oss en leilighet på 80kvm som varpå bilde når nårvi bestilte og fikk tilbakemelding om.Fikk leilighet på 50 kvm som varen stor nedtur det første døgn.Seng var heller ikke god.Det var et rolig område som var ok for oss. Mest skuffet over myemindre leilighet som vi mente å hadde bestilt.

Det var god plass i leiligheten, men noe langt fra sentrum/strand. Sovesofaen var ødelagt og etter en stund fant vi ut at sofa i stuen også var sovesofa. Dette kunne godt stått skrevet i papirer vi fikk ved ankomst, eller Dom & House kunne fortalt dette ved ankomst. Dusjen må også fikses da dusjhodet ikke vil henge på veggen.

bra lägenhet i utkanten av sopot

Trevlig lägenhet i Sopot lite utanför stadskärnan vilket gör det till ett lite lugnare område passade oss som reste med barn, (inget problem att gå in till torget) optimalt hade varit om den låg något närmare stranden men ändå helt ok distans dit

Familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung in Meernähe

Das Zwei-Zimmer-Appartement eignet sich für eine Familie mit bis zu zwei Kindern, die nicht älter als 10 Jahre sein sollten. Die Kinder schlafen nämlich zusammen auf einem Couch-Bett, das man leicht aufbauen kann. Das Wohnzimmer, in dem sich auch die Küche befindet, wird so zum zweiten Schlafzimmer. Nachteilig ist daran, dass man ins eigentliche Schlafzimmer wechseln muss, wenn die Kinder vor den Eltern schlafen sollen - man verliert das Wohnzimmer und die Küche. Das Elternschlafzimmer verfügt über ein relativ schmales Ehebett, was für großgewachsene Menschen eher nicht zu empfehlen ist. Der kleine Garten bietet einen angenehmen Auslauf. Wasch- und Spülmaschine erleichtern den Aufenthalt. Wichtig ist es, eine Wohnung zu erhalten, die nicht direkt an der befahrenen Strasse liegt, an die ein Teil der Ferienwohungen angrenzen. Den Wochnungsschlüssel muss man sich vorab bei der Hausverwaltung abholen (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Hier gilt es, die Bürozeiten zu beachten. Englischkenntnisse sind notwendig, besser noch, man spricht Polnisch. Das Zentrum von Sopot/Zoppot ist fußläufig 30 Minuten entfernt, der Strand, der von sehr guter Qualität ist, ca. 10 Minuten. Per S-Bahn ist man schnell in Danzig und in anderen Städten. Sopot verfügt über nur ein Hallen- und Freibad, das recht kostspielig ist. Da immer wieder im Sommer wegen Blaualgen ein Badeverbot in der Ostsee verhängt wird, ist dieses öffentliche Bad die einzige Alternative für Schwimmeifrige.

Na miejscu okazało się, że do ceny jaka była podana w ofercie i potwierdzeniu jest doliczana opłata za sprzątanie końcowe. Więc porównując cenę z konkurencją trzeba doliczyć 100 zł nie zależnie od długości pobytu. Więc jedno wielkie oszustwo. Z recepcja nic po za odbiorem i zdaniem kluczy nie można załatwić W temacie reklamacji hotels.com jedyne co proponuje jako rozwiązanie tej sytuacji to bon na 100 zł przy kolejnych rezerwacjach. Mieszkanie i okolica bardzo fajna.

Wszystko pięknie, ale...

To może po kolei. Wizyta w biurze DH w celu odebrania kluczy - otrzymaliśmy pakiet dokumentów i tu niespodzianka - koszty sprzątania, o których nie było mowy podczas rezerwacji na hotels.com. Jak się okazało, oprócz maila z hotels.com z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji, wpłynął mail z DH (który niestety przeoczyliśmy), a który doprecyzowywał kwestię rezerwacji i kosztów dodatkowych... Cóż - trudno powiedzieć, czy DH celowo nie zamieszcza na portalu informacji o kosztach sprzątania, ale z pewnością ich oferta w ten sposób sztucznie zyskuje na atrakcyjności cenowej... Jeżeli chodzi o sam apartament - usytuowany na dość cichym, zamkniętym osiedlu, daleko od centrum. Dla nas odległość nie stanowiła problemu - do wyboru był albo 20 min. spacer, albo taksówka za naprawdę małe pieniądze. Do dyspozycji było wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Standard apartamentu dobry - czysto, podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, żelazko, deska do prasowania, kosmetyki, ręczniki, czyli wszystko to, co powinno czekać na gości. Szokiem była tylko wielkość telewizora - chyba jakieś 19 cali, ale w końcu do Sopotu nie jedzie się spędzać czasu przed telewizorem... Reasumując - do samego apartamentu nie mamy zastrzeżeń. Jedynym rozczarowaniem były tak naprawdę dodatkowe koszty sprzątania. No i może jednak ten telewizor, na którego ekranie nie można było nic dostrzec ;)

Helt ok utleieleilighet. Leiligheten hadde det vi trengte (bortsett fra at vi fikk sovealkove istf soverom), og ligger i et veldig rolig område. Det er et lite stykke å gå, egentlig uansett hva du skal, så det ble en del drosje. Det er en nærbutikk et stykke bort i gata, men om dere skal handle stort for å lage mat i leiligheten, er det nok en fordel å finne en større butikk og heller ta en drosje tilbake. Vi hadde et fint opphold, men kunne nok strengt tatt ønsket oss å bo litt nærmere sentrum.

Fin leilighet hvis du kommer med bil.

Stedet viste seg å være en leilighet. Vi måtte hente nøkkelen på en Anne lokasjon evnt stedet vi skulle overnatte. Fin leilighet, men litt langt i forhold til Sopot sentrum. Avhengig av. bil for å komme seg rundt for å handle inn mat etc. Fin leilighet og komplekset hadde 24 t. sikkerhets overvåking. Neste gang vil vi nok passe på å få noe som er nærmere Monte Cassino i Sopot.

I boligområde

Beliggenheten er litt spesiell, midt inne i en boligblokk. Nøklene hentes 800 meter unna leiligheten. Det er et godt stykke å gå til sentrum og til stranden, det tar 15-20 minutter å gå. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt. Innredningen minner om et hjem tilhørende eldre mennesker. Synd at det var en del ting som var ødelagt: Vannkoker, festet til dusjhodet, og gardiner som ikke kan trekkes ned. Vil nok velge et annet sted neste gang...
