Super widok

Apartament numer 212 na 21 piętrze, widok z salonu zapiera dech ;) jest po prostu NIESAMOWITY. Pijąc poranną kawkę masz widok na Marine i zatokę a przy dobrej pogodzie widać nawet półwysep helski ;-)Dodatkowo możesz podziwiać statki wpływające do portu w Gdyni no to naprawdę robi wrażenie. Obsługa apartamentu bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Apartament bardzo czysty, zadbany chociaż widać na pierwszy rzut oka, że przydało by mu się małe odświeżenie ;-)ale naprawdę to niczego nie zmienia bo nadal pobyt w nim jest troszkę jak by luksusowy ;-) 2 łazienki,2 sypialnie, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia no i salon z widokiem J blisko restauracje, sklepy i plaża :-) POLECAM BO WARTO!!!

Unfortunately a nightmare, in amazing setting

In short, after an surgery we have planned to relax and stay in the apartment for two days to enjoy the view and get some vacation. Unfortunately, it was one hell of a night and a day with maintenance people come and go, ending with the situation that the entire SeaTower did not have any electricity. The biggest problem was certainly that the window in the bedroom had around a 1 CM gap between the window and frame, and as at that weekend the have been strong winds, this created an I credible draft throughout the apartment, first we thought it is going to be ok to sleep in the bedroom, but we quickly moved to the couch to spend there our night, for me it was 3-4 hours sleep due to the noise. When the first maintenance person came we asked if there is a change to change apartments upon availability, but the property insisted to fix it before they they move us. Leaving us in the living room without any privacy as we have been waiting for another maintenance person. The team has been friendly and wanted to fix it, but it destroyed our short 2-day vacation. The icing was when the electricity suddenly went down, which was not particularly the fault of owners but the it was handled was really bad, they just pushed the fault to the building management without thinking about a resolution. This, it is a pity, as the apartment is amazing, but due to our experience I will not recommend to stay in the apartment or with Dom & Houses Aparrtments. PS:the check-in is 30 min away

Duży kompromis

Apartament B856 wymaga juz remontu, meble są zniszczone (łóżko niewygodne i skrzypi, stół połamany, armatura łazienkowa zniszczona). Okolica nieciekawa, dookoła budynki w rozbiórc lub płace budowy, w najbliższym sąsiedztwie jest tylko 1 restauracja w Mariocie. Pamiętać trzeba, ze jest obowiązkowa dopłata za sprzątanie 150-200zl. W tej sytuacji wole jednak hotel.

It should have been made more clear, at the Hotels.com booking page, that this is not a hotel with a reception. It does say so, if one looks at the fine print. Once I found out that I should have called 72 hours in advance, none of the numbers were answered. Finally an agent contacted me via phone and met me at the entrance and the check-in went great. Comfort was rate poor, as the A/C did not function. It appears that a coded keycard or ? is needed to turn on the A/C compressor. All I could do, was turn on the fan, which did nothing to cool down the 28degree Celsius in the apartment.

Polen - gemengde gevoelens

Het verblijf op zich was heel netjes. Een comfortabel, doch zeer smal dubbel bed en een slaapbank dat eigenlijk een gewone zetel is... Een kleine verrassing was het wanneer bleek dat er geen keukenhanddoeken aanwezig waren. Wat echt onaangenaam was dat wanneer je na een hele dag buiten je wil opfrissen en een douche wil nemen de derde persoon geen warm water meer had onder de douche! Enkel Poolse zenders, geen Engelstalige (of Nederlandstalige) zenders op de televisie is jammer omdat je ‘s avonds wanneer het te koud was of regende of sneeuwde niet echt naar iets kon kijken wat je kon volgen. De ligging van het appartement lijkt ideaal, maar ligt toch op serieuze wandelafstand van het gebeuren en het treinstation. Op zich wel een heel modern appartement. De persoon die ons ontvangen heeft, had weinig tijd en moest snel weer door. Zo wisten we dus niet waar de vuilbak moest achtergelaten worden en waar we de sleutel moesten achterlaten (waar de postbussen waren in het gebouw). De afspraken in verband met de taxi heen en terug naar het vliegveld waren goed gemaakt buiten de afgesproken prijs. In plaats van 100 zloty die afgesproken was via mail, moesten we de eerste keer 150 zloty betalen en bij de terugrit zelfs 200 zloty. (Afzetterij eerste klas!)

Personel firmy Dom & House uprzejmy i ugodowy; apartament na 21 piętrze bardzo praktycznie i stylowo urządzony, aczkolwiek część wyposażenia niestety nie działała - nie były to jednak duże niedogodności. W cenie miejsce postojowe pod budynkiem. Polecam zadzwonić na kilka dni przed przyjazdem i umówić się na odbiór kluczy w Sea Towers - w przeciwnym razie trzeba będzie jechać w celu zameldowania się aż do Sopotu (o czym D&H wyraźnie informuje, więc nikt nie powinien się czuć zaskoczony). 4/5

Tragiczna obsługa klienta

obsługa klienta ze strony Dom & House Apartments pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Dojeżdżam na miejsce po 5 godzinach jazdy z Wrocławia. okazuje się, że oni mieszczą się w Sopocie, a nie w Gdyni i nie było tej informacji w mailu. W biurze Dom & House pytam, czy z garażu jest bezpośredni dostęp do windy, bo jesteśmy z dwójką dzieci i mamy sporo bagaży. Pan zapewniał mnie, że tak, że jest dostęp. Dojeżdżamy na miejsce, nie dość, że nie można za bardzo znaleźć gdzi znajduje się miejsce parkingowe (różne oznaczenia na kluczach i na budynku), to w garażu okazuje się, że bagaże trzeba przetachać przez 3 pary drzwi, schody i kilkadziesiąt metrów, żeby dojść do windy. Niby niewielki problem, ale informacje podane okazały się nieprawdziwe. Przyjechaliśmy w cztery osoby na pięć nocy a do wykorzystania mieliśmy jedynie dwie tabletki do zmywarki, dwa worki na śmieci o pojemności 30L, które zostały zużyte po jednej dobie po zapełnieniu pampersami i zadnych ściereczek do sprzątania czy zmywania naczyń. Kiedy dzwoniliśmy w niedzielę do biura Dom & House w celu dowiedzenia się jak mamy przez tyle dni wytrzymać przy tak małej ilości środków czystości, to Pan powiadomił nas, że oddzwoni z odpowiedzią. Jednak nie oddzwonił, ani nie odbierał też naszych telefonów do poniedziałku. Wtedy powiedziano żonie, żeby po te worki przyjechała do Sopotu. Dom & House celowo nie podaje, na którym piętrze znajduje się apartament aby nie odwołać rezerwacji zbyt wcześnie.
