No WIFI, poor comms but very clear and spacious

No WIFI. No response to emails. Very small towels. Moldy smell from bathroom. No lift (it is written in the advert but it doesn't say that it is a 3rd floor apartment, not great with suitcase). Very clean, spacious and very modern apartment. Suggest that there is an information page printed and left in the apartment with key info. It is crazy that you can find 30 wifi networks when you turn on the computer but there is no info on which network to use (the email info is wrong).
