Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We arrived at the property on the check-in date, but the host stated that no booking existed, despite full payment.We were denied accommodation and no alternative or refund was provided.As a result, we were left without a place to stay.This experience was extremely stressful and unacceptable.
