Hotel with good and not so good
Overall very happy, a large room, comfortable and well furnished and fairly quiet. Room was only made up on request. The TV had no English or German news channels, which for this price category is unacceptable. The breakfast arrangements were messy with buffet payable to the hotel and a la carte payable to the restaurant. Location is very good, being on the waterfront and near the old town.

Friendly personnel that were super helpful. Clean large rooms in a quiet location with cafes and restaurants within minutes and away from more touristic areas. Highly recommended hotel too stay at.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times ourselves during visits to Gdansk, so it was a natural choice to book it again for my parents to stay in during their visit to Gdansk. They were as happy with everything as I have always been

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Gdansk. Beautiful panoramic view from the roof terrace. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and rooms were super. Only had one problem as tv and phone didn’t work but otherwise great place with awesome views and within walking distance of everything. Well worth staying here.

The restaurant in the hotel could not coordinate three meals to be served at the same time. One was ten mintes late. The restaurant has now become a themed Greek restaurant which is fine for one night as there was no other menu which meant we had to eat out. We were not informed upon our arrival that we had to request the rooms to be cleaned . Other than that the stay and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

We have stayed at the Marina Club 6 times now and are always pleased with our stay. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The hotel itself is always clean and the staff are great. It is a great location for walking to the centre of Gdansk.

the check in clerk had a very unwelcoming attitude! what a shock that guests need a change, for which they are paying!!! if you don't like your job, leave! also, parking (which is NOT cheap) is a mess-there is no way to stop to go check in. too bad, because this hotel was otherwise ok.

Quality hotel next to the river and main town.
The room was clean and spacious. If you get a room on the Szafarnia street side the view is great over the river (especially after the construction works have finished). During weekends and festivities the noise from the street and the bars is a minus but you can shut the windows and keep the noises outside. If you need parking remember to reserve it in advance because the spots are limited. The hotel parking is conveniently right at the back of the hotel. The pizza/drink terrace on the 10th floor offers great sights over the city. And the pizzas were not bad either. The main town starts right from the nearest bridge and it is the real attraction. Old town is not old anymore because it has been rebuilt in a more modern style.

We had good views from the 6th floor of the city which added to the location. Room spacious and very clean. Self catering equipment sufficient. It was nice that the hotel provided an extra chair so that our friend could join us for breakfast. Only downside was that the outside steps are unlit.

I cannot fault this hotel. The suite was fantastic and roomy enough for all four of us. The staff were excellent and the on site restaurant served fantastic food. Coupled with an excellent location, it made it a perfect place to stay for a family.

Pleasantly surprised at this 3* hotel. Stayed in a superior suite, which had full kitchen facilities (not that we used them) and room for 4 if you needed it. Spotlessly clean and well maintained, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Staff friendly and spoke very good English. Plenty of choice at breakfast each day.

Excellent location, lovely accommodation, helpful staff. Highly recommended, I would stay here again. Hotel arranged taxis to and from the airport and allowed us to leave our baggage in their office for the day between checking out and going to the airport.

Lovely stay
Excellent standard of hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and very well equipped. The views were amazing over the city. Will be even better once the building work has been completed opposite, but it wasn't an issue. Great location, 2 mins walk to the main tourist areas, but far enough away to be quiet.

Hotel itself is PERFECT for everything. I have been staying in this hotel every time I come to Gdansk. But... there is a big-size construction in front of the hotel, so during the day time and even in the evening the noise from the construction sites are very very annoying.

Marina Club Hotel - Great place to stay
A really clean and bright hotel, helpful staff and excellent service. Arrived in Gdansk from Gdansk Glowny station on the holiday weekend preceeding Wniebowzięcie Najświętszej Maryi Panny (a national holiday on Aug 15th). This coincides with the Solidarity Marathon which i was running in. Due to the increase in people visiting the area, it was a little difficult to get to the hotel from the old town. Google maps kept suggesting a water taxi which at night wasn't operating, so it was a long slow walk to find the bridge to cross the marine to the hotel. Top Tip - get a taxi from the Train station if you are planning to stay here during on a public holiday. You will save a lot of stress!! Other than that, the hotel was superb, with great views. There is quite a lot of noise in the old town during festival so the hotel is located away from the noise with fantastic views across the marine to the old town. Excellent wi-fi connection, Tea Making facilities, free water each day and a nice large, clean fridge. Perfect for me. Room had a safe free toiletries of a good quality.
