The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.



The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment
