The Space:

It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of a large TV with SMART function and a small, fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is a place for a bar, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast or any other meal. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we will find everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony with comfortable furniture.



Guest Access:

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.



The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotłwie 68 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, guaranteeing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. However, there is such a possibility if necessary. The tram stop is about 300 meters from the apartment. The bus stop is even closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Fast Urban Railway, the stop of which is a few hundred meters from the apartment.
