Alldeles för dyrt för den där standarden . Sängarna var nog från 70 talet fjädrarna kändes i ryggen fanns ej nån bäddmadrass bara resårmadrass fanns ej minibar eller kyl Mer likt vandrahem än ett 3 stjärnigt hotell

Utgått på dato.. -fint hotel i 1980!

Dersom denne listen ikke har noe betydning noe for deg, så kan du fint bestille dette hotellet; skitne rom(gulvtepper) utstående fjærer i sengene, tørre brødskiver og pulverkaffe til frokost, wifi kun i inngangspartiet, "resepsjonist" som sier ja-ja, støy, ingen mulighet til å kjøpe noe fra 'pub'n', sauna på reparasjon.

Litt service hadde jo vært ok....

Hotellet ligger helt inntil en vei med utrolig mye trafikk på. Dette gjør det umulig å kunne sove der fra 0500 om morgenen. Det var fylt opp med festløver som mer eller mindre bråket resten av døgnet. men det som virkelig dro ned var sercice. Det viste seg at vi ikke hadde bestilt frokost. Vi kom til frokost og sa at det kan vi jo kjøpe opp. Men neida... de hadde ikke nok mat til 2 ekstra personer... Aldri i mitt liv hørt maken!!! Blir nok ikke dette hotellet mer nei...og kan heler ikke anbefale det for andre.

A building with rooms!

In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Greit hotell for noen dager. Sikkert mye bedre i sommersesongen. Dårlig utvalg av frokost. Ikke mulighet for en kopp kaffe kl 16.00. En bitteliten hodepute, men fikk flere da vi spurte. Ikke vannkoker på rommet. Men, veldig god service i resepsjonen.

Big mistake

At first glance it looks ok, advertises fitness, restaurant and bar, none of these were available unless you count the breakfast room. We had several cases, our room was on the third floor and there are no lifts, also no offer of assistance. For anyone who is either disabled or infirm there are no concessions, no ramps or lifts. The only good point about the room was that it was a studio which allowed my teenage son his own space, however the noise from the very busy road was intolerable. The room was in need of a complete redecoration and could have benefited from new beds and AC, it is also in the eaves so ceiling sloped dramatically. The shower was poor, towels fairly small and threadbare. We tried breakfast on day one but decided 35pln was way over priced for what was on offer.

Bra läge, hotellet ligger nära tågstationen och på promenadavstånd till Monte Cassino (typ runt hörnet). Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera frukosten. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummen fyllde sitt syfte med övernattning inget fancy precis. Städningen var sådär. Vi var totalt sett nöjda, kan rekommendera hotellet om man inte är ute efter lyx utan bra läge till att ge sig ut på vift.

Bra hotell nära gågatan

Trevlig service, vi fick ställa cyklarna i konferensrummet. Helt ok sängar. Ej prisvärd frukost, framför allt att barnen fick betala fullt pris, 35 PLN, från 7 år. Gå hellre till den jättestora livsmedelsbutiken Alma runt hörnet.

Felaktigt marknadsföring.Dålig info.

Har påtalat till personalen alla brister.Hotellet skall renoveras i höst. Falsk marknadsföring- restaurang och bar finns inte. Inte hiss heller. Wi-fi fungerar jätte dålig. Dåligt städning av rum. Lös elkontakter farligt!!

Rapporto qualità prezzo soddisfacente

Hotel non vicinissimo al mare ma tranquillo . La copertura WIFI risulta purtroppo debole e non raggiunge tutti i piani, il personale della reception attento però alle nostre esigenze ha previamente sostituto la nostra camera familiare al terzo piano con due doppie al primo dove la copertura internet è migliore e senza sovrapprezzo .

Dostaliśmy pokój łączony,a nie było takiej informacji przy rezerwacji, (dokładnie było słychać rozmowy osób sąsiadujących). W wyposażeniu brak nawet zestawu do kawy/herbaty, brak lodówki. Niestety mieliśmy okno od strony ulicy - więc duży hałas. Wykładzina podłogowa nie zachęca do przejścia bosą stopą. Dostępne jest śniadanie oddzielnie płatne 35zł/os. Doba hotelowa rezerwacji kończyła się o godz.12.00. Już 12.03 obsługa hotelowa pukała do drzwi,co nie było zbyt uprzejme. Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra,bliskość skm. Bez problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże rano w oczekiwaniu na pokój.

Min familj totalt 10 personer tillbringade tre dagar i Sopot. Hyfsat nöjda man får vad men betalar för. Däremot skulle hela hotellet vara rökfritt trots det fick vi ett rök rum, vi fick byta till ett litet vindsrum eftersom hela hotellet var fullbokat. Blev erbjudna att byta till annat rum dagen efter men avböjde då vi packat upp. Ngn ekonomisk kompensation blev vi ej erbjudna.

Bruk enkle knep for trivsel!

Med enkle knep kunne de ansatte gjort alt mer innbydende.Etter å ha ryddet plass for vasking på badet var det ikke vasket.Frukosten vart satt frem fra dagen før med tørket salat....

Alt i alt var jeg fornøyd.

Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, snakket godt engelsk. Minus var dusjen på rommet, det var nesten ikke noe vanntrykk i dusjen. Så man følte seg nesten like møkkete etter enn dusj. Så var det ingen utenlandske kanaler på TV. Det var bare polsk språk på alle kanaler. Kort avstand å gå til sentrum av Sopot 6 min.

Weekendowy wypad do Sopotu - położenie obiektu wyśmienite w połączeniu z ceną :) Brak lodówki w pokoju oraz czynnej restauracji....tragedia :)Śniadanie jedliśmy na mieście - polecam SANATORIUM ( blisko Mola :) )
