Walk from the cottage to the beach, which invites you to enjoy swimming and long walks. The towns of Nykøbing and Gedser offer good shopping and culinary opportunities, as well as several museums where you can get to the bottom of the history and culture of the region. A real highlight for the summer months is a trip with the mail boat on the Nakskov Fjord, passing the many small islands of the fjord.
