Das Resort war sehr schön. Es war von der Unhöflichkeit des Personals überschattet, vor allem bei der Dame an der Rezeption, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keinerlei Serviceorientierung. Auch im Restaurant war Freundlichkeit ein Fremdwort. Schade, denn das Ambiente versprach eigentlich mehr.

Sehr Gut

Unerwartet schön Ich hatte es für einen Business Besuch nur für eine Nacht gebucht und mich dabei auf die guten Bewertungen verlassen. Das Resort liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Freizeitpark und ist eigentlich für die Gäste des Resorts geplant. Also: Ein toller Bungalow nur für mich. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wirklich toll. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und für Kinder schön gemacht. Man ist sofort drüben im Freizeitpark und kann auch den ganzen Tag über rein und raus spazieren. Für unseren Hund auch super, weil dem der Park ab und zu zuviel wurde. Einziges Problem: man durfte auch zum Be- und Entladen des Autos nicht an die Unterkunft fahren. Essen gut, Preis schon etwas teuer - man darf aber dafür billiger in den Feizeitpark rein.

Einfach toll

Waren mit Enkelkindern im Seaside. Man kann suchen wie man will, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Außer das Preisniveau auch im Restaurant,aber das wussten wir und es war auch berechtigt bei dieser riesen Auswahl. Immer wieder.

Das Resort ist wunderschön angelegt und optisch wirklich toll. Die Unterkünfte sind neu und gemütlich eingerichtet, dir Spielplätze für Kinder absolut zu empfehlen. Großen Abzug gibt es bei der Sauberkeit. Abgesehen davon dass unsere Unterkunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt war, waren insbesondere die Toiletten im Park und Restaurant wirklich grenzwertig und blieben über mehrere Tage gleich dreckig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut in Ordnung, wenn auch nichts besonderes. Das Abendbuffet für unseren Geschmack zu eintönig und dafür auch sehr teuer. Wichtig zu wissen ist auch, dass man die Unterkünfte nicht anfahren kann und das Gepäck eigenständig bis zur Unterkunft transportieren ist. Je nachdem wo die Unterkunft ist und wieviel Gepäck man dabei hat, kann das schon eine Herausforderung sein.

Für den Preis hätten wir besseres erwartet

Sauberkeit: Kühlschrank nicht sauber, Haarknäule am Bettlaken. Bettwäsche nicht gebügelt. Zahnputzbecher bereits benutzt und Aschenbecher nicht ausgeleert bei Ankunft. Dreck unterm Sofa. Nachhaltigkeit/Umwelt: einfache Bauweise der Bungalows, kaum isoliert- sehr heiss trotz Klimaanlage. Nach 10 Jahren alles Sondermüll, nur PVC und WPC/Kunststoff Material. Service war ok und freundlich.
