    - located on the upper floor, approx. 40 m² with a balcony (approx. 7 m²)

    - Underfloor heating in all rooms and fly screens on all windows

    - Living and dining area including satellite TV, radio, and CD and DVD players

    - Open kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and pod/capsule coffee machine: Tassimo, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, fondue set, French press, tea maker
    Plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses are provided

    - 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (180 cm x 200 cm), reading lamps with USB charging

    - 1 sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) in the living area, which can accommodate two additional guests

    - The tiled bathroom, which receives natural light, features a shower and a hair dryer. The bathroom is heated by underfloor heating. Ample storage space is also available.

    - Wi-Fi available

    - A furnished balcony with a lounge set and a parasol is also part of the apartment, facing west
