"Spotless hotel, great breakfast, best pancakes I’ve had in a long time. Room is quite modern and area is great as it’s connected to a shopping centre. My only criticism is the shower, I really don’t like open showers, would prefer a door to keep the rest of the bathroom dry, but this is relatively minor and most hotels seem to be doing this sadly. "

"Hotel is on a perfect location with easy access and loads of food/drink options around. Pros: Breakfast, location, spacious room Cons: Bartender (old tall man) from the hotel bar was extremely rude and shouting at guests once he couldn't handle couple of drink orders. Really shocking behavior and apparently he is well known for it as we did feedback that on the check-out and got told by the reception that "he can sometimes be like that""

"Would definitely stay again. Parking was easy and great location to get to multiple destinations! Bathroom was a bit tight, but very functional and clean. Spa facilities are excellent! Would book again (but need car)!"

"Very good hotel, with very spacious rooms, reasonably priced, and a 15-minute drive to Dusseldorf airport. Well above average breakfast buffet is included, with fresh bread and pastries, cold meats and cheese, sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs (real eggs, not the fake powder-based mush you sometimes find in North American budget chain hotels!). Also fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and juice. And there was a self-serve coffee machine and soft-drink fountain, available free, 24/7 in the buffet room. A great feature. I would also like to single out the front desk staff for their help. My reservation was not transmitted to the hotel, something I believe was not the hotel's fault, but the two women at the reception desk (whose names I did not get) went out of their way to find two rooms for our party, even reducing the price because one of the rooms was not per our reservation. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay near DUS. "
