  • We’ve just renovated this holiday rental (60 m²) in the heart of a Charente-style house that’s currently undergoing renovation. Most of the materials used are eco-friendly: untreated wood on some walls and ceilings, lime-hemp plaster, and insulation made from hemp wool and hemp shives.<br>Dry toilets (photo)—a small gesture for the environment.<br>You’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in a rural hamlet near the town of Gémozac and not far from the beaches; 20 minutes to the nearest beaches in Meschers-sur-Gironde and 30 minutes from Royan<br>The perfect holiday rental to get away from it all and reconnect with nature: there’s no Wi-Fi, no TV—just a radio, a few books, trees, and birdsong.
