"The view from our room was stunning. Very spacious quiet hotel with beautiful vintage furnishings, excellent breakfasts and comfortable bed. Lots of available parking near the entrance. The wifi was very spotty especially in our room. Hallways were dimly lit. Overall a great stay in Friscati."

"Arrived at 10pm, Took taxi from airport, cost me €25 as a fixed rate. The host is very friendly, they gave all instructions and left keys in the box. Room itself is very small, feels like a room in a flat but clean. Bed is comfy, bathroom is clean but outdated. Hot water, towels, shower gel is provided. There is kettle and coffee machine in communal area + cutlery and even electric hob (not sure if allowed to use). Mini fridge with drinks in the room (for additional cost). It’s very noisy - neighbours came back at 1am and spoke, showered etc and you can hear it all, advise to have ear plugs. Overall, the room served the purpose. I left at 5am to continue my journey."

"The photos definitely make it look like a 5 star hotel. I would give it a 2.5-3 at best. Make sure to not book if you can’t get the lake view. That’s the best thing about the hotel. No amenities. The pictures make the place look 10x better than it is. Underwhelming in person"

"Generally it was a very good hotel. One problem was the car couldn't be parked in front of the entrance. So you have to walk a little from the car to the front door."

"I wouldnt recommend a single individual specially female as the sirrounding area isnt safe. Hotel staff was helpful. Wifi didnot work at all. Thermostat fidnt work at all and had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. Room was clean the lobby was not. Overall hotel looks more than a 3 star hotel. MetroC is 10min walk, just not safe at night."

"Great location near the airport and lovely staff. The only downside is the walls in our room were paper thin and we could hear next door so loudly and clearly. The hotel provides pairs of foam earplugs in the room, but unfortunately with an early flight (and needing to wake up for an alarm) they didn't offer much support. We would stay again, but only if we could be guaranteed to have no neighbours."

"Bedroom was tired along with bathroom. The shower head didn’t work well and the shower holder was broken. Some kind of leak into my bedroom from bathroom through wall. Shower drain was blocked and started to flood when I pull it out it was very unclean. Bath towels had seen better day. Overall it was ok. But for the brand not what I’d expect."

"The location of the property is the top notch, overlooking the Rome in distance. The morning and night views were simply gorgeous. The property itslef is grande but not well maintained in some specific areas. Overall, I was glad that I found this property as an option outside yet not far away from Rome and will recommend it to my friends but will set their expectation right as well. "
