"They move you once in room. They tell you its upgrade then charge you. Take your luggage and wont give it back untill you pay. No free breakfast as noted no wifi. They are really bad i called hotel. Com to complain . they called they say my husband want upgrade no charge. Really my husband got in fight w manager.he took he luggage and told him you pay or no luggage. Hotell com did what they could. They say manager sleeping when my husband says hes at the desk when you want ti eat far walk to...

"I had a terrible experience in the apartment , the management were not professional, the staff did not knock before they entered my room. On the wabsite was free wifi and free breakfeast , the wifi didnt workand breakfest was serve for one person while the booking is for two adult, the manager never answered the phone called her several times, I moved 4 times from one to the other, Air conditional was not working ,the room was unbearably hot which inevitably cause an invasion of mosquitos...
