Sundance one of “Three Little Cottages” is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath completely renovated 420 sq. foot cottage located right in the heart of Geneva-on-the-Lake! It is a 3 minute walk to the top of street and you’re in the middle of the main “Strip”. A relaxing getaway with all the basic amenities: appliances, A/C, heat, WiFi, smart TV and coffee maker. Enjoy a day at Breakwater Beach or have a outing at the Adventure Zone Family Center. Like wine? Catch one of the shuttles to the wineries. Sundance has two sister cottages Sunburst & Coco Blue (property ID 2507770 & 2760957) that can be rented together to accommodate larger families.

Great location for ladies' wine trip!

This property is well located to walk to downtown nightlife while being a quiet street for sleeping. It was impeccably clean and so nice with the separate bedrooms and kitchen for a little wine trip weekend!

Couple’s Weekend Getaway!

This cottage exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, the beds were very comfy, the kitchen was amazing, and the host was so very generous (and thoughtful) with all the amenities provided. We loved it! My boyfriend is very hard to please, but he absolutely loved this cute place. The perfect location on the strip, but far enough away so that you still have some quiet time when needed. Overall, such an amazing place to stay!

Overnight stay in Geneva

We enjoyed our stay . The cottage was clean and came with very nice clean, white soft towels and the shower had very good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the linens smelled and felt clean and fresh.The location was perfectly in the middle of the strip and we were able to walk everywhere. In the evening after venturing out, we relaxed and watched a movie but we were thinking about having a fire in the back since they had supplied so much firewood. The owner had coffee and creamer for us in the morning which was really nice. We would stay here again:)

Convenient Location

This property was at the end of a dead end street. No water view. Looks just like the pictures and very nice. My only complaint was that our sheets were white and had numerous long dark hairs present. I hope they were changed from the previous guest! The beds were 5 star for comfort. Also, our bedrooms needed room darkening blinds and only 2 chairs at the kitchen table. Overall, it was satisfactory.

Cozy, Convenient Launchpad for exploring GOTL

This cottage has a perfect location: it’s just off Lake Rd. at the end of a dead end street nestled up against a forest. It is just a short walk up the street (350 yd) to the tourist strip on Lake Rd. with plenty of eateries, shops, and amusements. A short walk around the corner is the Geneva Rotary Park (with a play set for kids) and a few more steps is Adventure Zone where you can rent a golf cart and tour the strip. Being at the end of the street has the advantage of making it quiet enough that the bar music on the strip won’t keep you (or your kids) up at night. It was recently refurbished with all new appliances, mattresses, and furnishings. Although like most cottages in GOTL it has a small footprint, the space is thoughtfully used with plenty of wall-hooks for hanging items and generously furnished. It is just a short drive to Geneva State Park and beach. (Lake Erie has a sandy pebble shore so pack your aqua shoes.) Great WiFi.
