The Space:

Comfortable, open, and designed for easy group stays.



Inside, you’ll find a spacious main living area with room to spread out, relax, and spend time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home, and the dining area overlooks the lake—so even dinner comes with a view.



There’s also a small office space if work absolutely has to happen.



Three bedrooms across two upstairs areas comfortably sleep up to eight guests, giving your group privacy without feeling disconnected.

The private primary suite includes its own bathroom and a personal deck overlooking Lake Erie. It’s the perfect spot to sneak away with your morning coffee or enjoy a quiet moment at sunset.

The oversized deck is the centerpiece of the home, offering plenty of seating for everyone plus wide-open lake views. Fire up the grill, gather around the gas fire table, or simply sit back and watch the sun go down.



The side yard offers extra green space for lounging, yard games, or soaking up the sun.

You’ll be less than two miles from the Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, giving you quick access to restaurants, arcades, entertainment, wineries, and local attractions.
